Tech did a great job of clearing the carpet

A human being answers the phone. Your employees love their jobs. You are dependable.

I understand that the technician may be new and have less than two years of experience, but being able to accurately assess carpet condition and give an honest, informed recommendation is essential to great customer service.

When you treat every situation the same and give generic answers instead of individualized assessments, it becomes a disservice to the customer. It gives the impression that the company is more focused on collecting money than on doing what is genuinely best for the homeowner or the carpet.

Alberto is great, very thorough, pleasant, friendly and highly professional.
I always request Alberto though you do have other good workers but Alberto is the BEST!!

The techs that came out Alexander and Zion were wonderful. Of course I'll have to wait to see how well the deep clean of my area rug comes out because it was sent off site for that deep clean. I look forward to Alexander and Zion delivering it all clean and good as new.

The technician you sent was outstanding and did a fabulous job!! However there is just one spot that needs to be addressed. It's by the back door and the spot hadn't to my knowledge been present prior to his visit.

great personable technicians and great product concept

Gentlemen did a horrible job. All I did was spray wet stuff on it vacuumed it. The carpet was so saturated with liquid that it has taken two days for it to dry. I should’ve told myself to stick with Dal worth cleaning like I have the last six years . I have my carpets cleaned about every 90 days would not recommend your business to anyone.

Very efficient cleaning and great service

We have used Zerorez the last few times we have had our carpet cleaned. Enjoy the speed of service and the techs have always been very knowledgeable about their work. And the carpet always comes out looking better.

Carpets were not fully cleaned. One room still smells after even paying for extra deodorant.
