Service technician was awesome. Great communication and service.
The entire reason I had zeroes come out was because my 2 cats and one small dog had decided to pee a few places on the couches and in the carpets in a couple of rooms. I paid extra for the smell deodorizer for said couches and rooms. The pee smell is even stronger now than it was before yall came and cleaned. I feel like I paid $800 and accomplished absolutely nothing. Complete waste of money. $800 is a ton of money to waste, especially around the holidays. I either need a refund or for someone else to come do the job correctly.
It’s very expensive for the service provided. Unclear right now if I got my moneys worth. Service provider was nice and professional. It’s just a little annoying how you quote a job and then it’s actually three times the cost because of how you designate what is a room or a hall.

Great process for cleaning carpeting
The cleaner was good but my carpet still smelled like pet urine
No residue. Gets carpets and upholstery really clean.

First off I asked for a odor treatment quote which came out to $80 a spot and there was 12 spots so that would have been almost a $1,000 which is way more than replacing the carpet and carpet pad, second I was charged for 3 rooms and the technician only cleaned 1 and didn’t even do the whole room. Third the cleaning was very quick and didn’t make a difference. And lastly I was suppose to receive a free air duct inspection which I did not receive. I would like a refund or I’ll be filing a claim with my bank.

Dimensions of what you now classify as 1 room is much smaller which greatly increases cost. Good thing my plan is to remove all carpet from my home.
I requested a call back from a manager and the young woman said she would tell a manager. Never got a call back.
Only thing I was happy with was the kindness of the service provider, Tracy.
All of your technicians are good but we really appreciate the GREAT service from Paul. He provides knowledgeable advise and truly cares about the work he does. He leaves the carpet looking NEW!

Diamond was conscientious and effective in cleaning the carpets that had several spots that I wasn't sure could be cleaned. He gave it extra attention and got most of the spots out. Plus, he had a great attitude and was extremely pleasant. Kevin who came before him was also very pleasant with a great attitude.

Zerorez is exactly what the name says. There is no residue left, the carpets dry in just a few hours and look brand new. We will never use anybody else.

They cleaned our sofa and love seat and did a wonderful job. The only thing I would say is it was too expensive. They charged too much for this cleaning.
