Haggle pricing for cleaning two rugs were unacceptable. Carpets were still dirty after cleaning. Technician price haggled to remove spots.
The quality and results of your cleaning service have been steady over the years. Your Tech that cleaned our carpet this time was excellent. He spot treated, cleaned thoroughly, and was very pleasant. A huge improvement over the previous tech and results.
The tech (Alejandro?) was very professional and did a thorough job on our carpets. He was friendly and answered all my questions. He was fast but careful of furniture and removed any spots that showed up after the original cleaning,
Xion did an excellent job! Not only was he very professional, he very carefully explained everything he was going to do. He offered us options if we were interested but we did not feel pressured.

Zerorez does not use any chemicals. My carpet always looks new and smells great after it is cleaned. The techs are always friendly and professional. They let you know when to expect them. The cost is very reasonable.
