Customer Service and the Good Crew
Always a job well done for many years!
I would to acknowledge your employee’s skills on February 23, 2026. He was very professional, informative and knowledgeable. He had my floors looking brand new. I will definitely refer your services to my neighbors, friends and family. I am 84 years old and kind of technologically challenged so I don’t know how to attach pictures to display how great he cleaned the floors.

Not only did they show up extremely late beyond when anyone would really be available when I was able to get to the house to look at the carpets it honestly looked like they weren’t even cleaned on the photos. He said they looked OK like brighter but when I was actually looking at the carpet in person, it was so terribly done and I wish I would’ve went with another company. Everything they did was extremely unprofessional and really frustrating to work with due to them being late. I had to step out of a funeral to try and call and figure out where they were which they still couldn’t tell me. I thought I had been ghosted until the person that was going to let them in message to tell me that he received a call. There are a lot more details, but I don’t have the energy to write them.
The service technician was very nice and professional. My only feedback is that I here was a lot of foam left on the furniture in the bedroom that I need to clean up afterwards and the carpets were pulled up out of place quite a bit. But overall a very nice job

I have heard about your services for over 15 yrs but never had the occasion to use. I first heard about you from a radio program in California, The Handle Show. Bill would say his wife Marjorie loved t h e way the carpets looked. So here in Texas finally used your services.
Called for a move in carpet cleaning. The technician was on time and very professional. Carpets were cleaned and it gave me peace of mind.
The services are good. The technician First name removed, was quick and nice as he completed three bedrooms in about half an hour. I've been using this carpet cleaning company for two years now.
The cleaning product is effective and leaves my carpets feeling fresh. The window of time is only 3 hours, rather than more extensive windows from other services. The cleaning time was quick, and I appreciate the specials you run. The best part of the entire experience was the technician who was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
