So easy to deal with, very professional and friendly. The carpet cleaning itself and the technician, Kevin Pettis, out of 10, I give a 12! I had several stains, but you would never know it now. I will definitely use Zerorez again in the future, and I plan to have them out to clean my tile and grout after the first of the new year. I have already recommended them to several friends!
It's hard to know who to trust nowadays, especially when so many people tend to take advantage of the senior community, but I do trust Zerorez

This particular person who did the cleaning this time is not thorough. Imagine one person cleaning a 5000 sqft house (wood in living areas and kitchen) in one hour. He bypassed all the corners and the carpet close to the walls where the dust generally gets accumulated.
It's not worth for $600 for one hour job. You can decide how to handle

I didn’t get his name! But THIS technician was EXCELLENT!! He was very polite, explained what he was going to do and did it to perfection!! NOW my carpet looks uniformly clean thanks to him!! We will request him again!

They did an excellent job
Once everything dried the stains were still there. It looked clean right after he was done but as it dried everything came back. I am not sure the zero "Rez" is the way to go. I think you might need some "Rez" to get the stains out.
