Unfortunately, I can't remember the technician's name, but he was very friendly and helpful and took his time on the carpets. He didn't rush the process like the last two technicians that came through. He is the example as to why we switched to Zerorez.

The service man was great and on time - all spots are done - beautiful job my carpets look brand new.
My carpet was very bad, only some small spots remained. they did not show until dry so he would not have seen them.. Tec was really nice worked hard on spots others could not remove.
I am giving a very low mark because of the Air Duct cleaning job. Apparently, the man who cleaned the ducts damaged them by disturbing their installation. There were straps that were broken, causing kinks in the ducts, and the ducts were not properly attached to the air handler/plenum. This was causing extremely uneven/low airflow when the heat went on.
I called the A/C company. The tech advised me that the ducts were not tight, causing heat to be dumped in the attic, and the broken straps were causing kinks which blocked the airflow.
The system was working fine before the cleaning and the air distribution was working. In addition to the cost of the cleaning, which wasn't cheap, I now have to pay additional money to have the ducts repaired because of this.
Needless to say, I will not be using your air duct cleaning in the future nor will I recommend it.
The technician was very professional and friendly, explained what he was going to do, and did an excellent job. The carpet looks so clean and nice.

He said the living room counted as 2 and really people in the past did not say that and the bedroom is tiny so he should not have charged me extra.
Our representative was very friendly and professional. He explained the procedure and was prepared for our carpets. Our carpets look gorgeous in spite of being about 15-20 year old. He was finished in a timely manner and then on his way. He was very professional, dressed very clean and nicely and we were proud to have him in our home. Our tech did an amazing job!
Professionalism, courtesy and promptness. Very thorough work too. Whatever chemicals were used are not irritating to our skin and it’s not hard to breathe through them. Our carpet looks new!

I have been a ZeroRez for a long time, have been getting only the carpets cleaned but never had the ductwork done until today. The technician, Chris was very professional and kind. What impressed me the most is I needed a a new filter to replace the old and Chris did that and I am so very grateful, after the duct work was completed, he vacuumed the area🤗🙏, who does that?

Cannot evaluate as I have not used other companies and cannot compare. However, the 1st experience was great!
I like the method of carpet cleaning. It dries quickly without any perfume smell and it just smells clean. Having used other cleaning methods (steam clean) Zerorez does a better job and leaves carpets looking and feeling cleaner longer.
I also want to commend your technician, Julian Avila on his excellent customer service. He took the time to explain options and set expectations on the results. He was courteous and did an exemplary job.
