I’m extremely disappointed! I scheduled a visit to have 4 dining chairs cleaned. I’ve used them before on my carport and rug. So of course I would use them again. The technician was nice and professional but did not handle my chairs with care. While cleaning, he ripped the chairs fabric. I’ve called and sent several emails only to be told that it’s being looked into and someone will call me back. No one has returned my calls or at least gave a refund. I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of consideration. I will have to get my chairs repaired.

Price increased quite substantially from original quote. Understand pet treatment needed to be done, but going from about $300 to over $900 is a steep hike.
In addition, he pulled his hose around the corners, causing damage to the wood stair rails.
I wouldn't have them back again.

Take a little longer to clean. Only here 30 minutes.

I had an awesome experience with Alex who was my tech for the day and cleaning my carpets. He was very knowledgeable knew what needed to be done. Did a thorough inspection before the service was rendered and gave me the options to consider.

After my carpet was attempted to be clean I still was able to smell the odors coming out the carpet. The guy that attempted to clean it did his job but what ever cleaning solution he was using got me thinking that it was just water, it was not doing much. For the amount that I paid I rather do it my self next time.

Super nice technician but I feel like I would have gotten the same results with a rental machine from Kroger. Not happy with how they turned out in the high traffic areas. Technician advised of how much bill was and I wrote out a check but then kind of got put on the spot when I already wrote out the check so no tip. Awkward feeling as I didn’t know a tip was part of the service.
