This experience was my first time using Zerorez. They came to clean a sofa and two living room chairs. I was thrilled by the professionalism, communication, care, and thoroughness of the service tech. He did an amazing job and I'm very happy with how everything turned out. I look forward to hiring Zerorez again.

The results. When finished, the carpet looks clean but feels amazing--and I take care of my carpet and vacuum every 4-5 days so it isn't in dire condition. I like how thorough the techs are--they carefully look for biological deposits--and yes, I know that increases revenue, but it also assures me that they are thorough in cleaning. It is always more expensive than initially stated, but it is worth it! And I don't have to do it often; I believe this makes my carpet's lifetime longer than would otherwise be expected.
The person was late, had wait an hour because they locked keys in vehicle and couldn’t start. I paid for $99 3 rooms and $77 for stairs.They only cleaned stairs (which I paid) 1 room and hallway (so I think I’m a room short). Very disappointed in the service.

I am not a fan of outside companies using the restroom in our house, but understand that sometimes it happens. My husband told the zero res guy which bathroom to use ( the guest one in the front). He chose to ignore what my husband said and used one of our bathrooms with all of our personal items sitting out. He should have never been in that bathroom because there was nothing to clean. That is unprofessional and unacceptable to ignore what the client has requested.
The room smells worse than before they came out. I paid extra for a deodorizing treatment.
Marvin did a good job. However the Beinet mix that Nora got all over our bedroom carpet is still there.
