Zerorez always does a good job coming in to clean our carpets. We use them every year.
Treated spots did not come out- had to schedule another visit. We shall see
Not sure your product is the best for cleaning. Had it cleaned twice in 3 days and it got better the second time but still not good. To be fair our carpet is older but some of the answers i was getting seemed like nonsense. Each of the two guys that came out seemed to be good workers, just not sure the cleaning products are that good?
Julian was exceptional...took the time to explain every recommendation and is genuinely concerned with his customers. Hope you have others that share his candor and professionalism!

Quick, clean and happy.
I told the technician be careful with the Marbel floor and I put my own towels, but even then his footprints are permanently on the Marbel and then I called your office. They gave me some cleaning people number and nobody ever bothered to call me back or check that if I complain and somebody should come and clean those spots so I’m very very disappointed
