Dexter was able to get the stubborn pet stains out of my carpet.

Company overall is good. Gentlemen who I spoke with on telephone to get estimate and appointment was courteous. I had asked for cleaning of a remnant and runner rugs. He needed to know the sizes before giving me an estimate. When technician arrived he explained any questions I had while he was performing service. Since my granddaughter had an accident on remnant the technician suggested putting a deodorizer down, I asked how much and he quoted me an extra $70. I was not able to include due to me being on a strict budget. My suggestion would be for the appointment setter to maybe recommend any additional services customer may need, more than just a standard cleaning.

I've had service from zerorez multiple times before, and amount of time spent cleaning this time was pretty short. Seems like job was done in a hurried, rushed fashion. Carpet did not come out clean as usual.

The technician was fantastic, they explained the services, showed me each step and was able to add a service. The carpets were dry within a couple hours, the tile and grout dried within a couple as well.

No chemicals and no soap!!! The results were amazing. Javier was so great. He explained so many aspects of carpet life in addition to getting all the spots out of the carpet. He had a huge challenge and he came through as a champion.

Service was great and added hallway cleaning last minute with no problem. I love that my carpets are cleaned with low chemical levels and looks and smells so much better! No longer like a stinky dog😆
