I still have spots on the carpets. I took them out with just soap and water.. the person who did it in February 2025 was better at cleaning the carpets than the person who did it in 11/14/2025. I was disappointed because the first time it was cleaned really good, but not this recent time. Thanks

I was very happy with how my carpet looked when the agent left my home. The next day after the carpet dried, I was incredibly disappointed. This is the second time I have used Zerorez, and I paid almost $700 to have only my upstairs cleaned. A big chunk of this cost was the additional $70 per room for pet treatment. When I called to voice concerns about being able to see the stains when the carpet dried, I was told it didn't fall under warranty and basically too bad. It was a horrible way to treat a repeat customer and after spending so much to have the carpet cleaned professionally. I NEVER would have agreed to the additional pet treatment, if I knew it wasn't going to work. I feel like I was oversold an add on service and have no recourse when it didn't work or wasn't done. Funny thing is that the two first rooms look great and only the last two rooms of the cleaning is where the spots are still visible. I am not sure if that means they weren't treated as well, or if they were missed all together. Either way the phone agent I spoke to said he would talk to a manager and call me back, which did not happen. I am beyond disappointed and feel like I gave you the opportunity to make it right and it was denied. I plan to use another cleaning company next time and will share my experience with others.
