The technician you sent was outstanding and did a fabulous job!! However there is just one spot that needs to be addressed. It's by the back door and the spot hadn't to my knowledge been present prior to his visit.

great personable technicians and great product concept
Gentlemen did a horrible job. All I did was spray wet stuff on it vacuumed it. The carpet was so saturated with liquid that it has taken two days for it to dry. I should’ve told myself to stick with Dal worth cleaning like I have the last six years . I have my carpets cleaned about every 90 days would not recommend your business to anyone.

Very efficient cleaning and great service
We have used Zerorez the last few times we have had our carpet cleaned. Enjoy the speed of service and the techs have always been very knowledgeable about their work. And the carpet always comes out looking better.
Carpets were not fully cleaned. One room still smells after even paying for extra deodorant.

The person who cleans does not try to force me into getting extra stuff. He tells me what is available and I can say yes or no and that is it. The cleaning is done on time and always a very professional job. The house smells clean and fresh - no chemical smell.
