Great results, friendly operators/employees.
My carpets look better than they have in years. We did not think this was possible. However we opted for the odor treatment and I think the smell is worse now then before. It was also a little pricey but I am pleased with the looks of them.
The service technician was very good at his job, polite and we enjoyed his pleasant personality. When he was done everything looked great!

I requested a specific technician which we had before and was assured that I could have him for the appointment which I made in plenty of time. That technician is not who came out and did not do near as good of job as the one I had requested.

Zerorez did a fantastic job in cleaning our carpets. What I love about it doesn’t leave any soap or detergent behind locked up in the fibers so the spots don’t reappear and the traffic lanes. don’t not come back. I also love that the carpet dries so quickly and it’s absolutely beautiful!
