Your technician was on top of every detail as I was new to your business! He did I an excellent application and my carpet looks better then I expected!
Didn't feel like Tech addressed my issues with pre-spotting areas. I was able to spray my carpet cleaner on those spots and remove the spots after he left and the spots where removed by me. Sprayed my cleaner on the spots rubbed with a rag and rinsed with another rag and spots removed from carpet.
The Zerorez people are always so professional and friendly! They do a fabulous job. My carpets look and smell great. They are great with stains and are in and out in a flash. I have recommended them to many friends!

When Edwin came to service my home, he explained everything in a way that I could understand since I am not familiar with HVAC terms and services. He took videos and photographs of everything he did so I could see the before and after of what happened. He was very professional and courteous. He is a model employee for your company.

I appreciate not having harsh chemicals. Everyone I have had contact with has been polite and professional. Folks show up when they are supposed to. The tech truly wants you to be satisfied. This was my 2nd time using Zerorez. I have recommended to others in the past as well.
