We have had your company come clean our office's carpet every year for the last four years, just before our Annual Open House event. It has always been done very well and that is why we have used you company. However, this year the results are Very SUBSTANDARD. Your technician was very nice, prompt and he worked quickly however the results were unacceptable. I was told that when it dried the streaks would disappear, so I gave it through the weekend to dry. It was almost worse when it dried. I took pictures and will be happy to send them to you.
Because of time constraints, we are faced with having to go in to our Open House with streaky soiled looking carpet. With these results we will not be able to use your company going forward and would not be able to recommend your company to anyone.
Marvin did a great job! Zerorez is expensive but worth every penny! They did a great job cleaning carpets as well as throw rugs. Quite the up sale on additional treatment options. But I jumped on it. Three bedrooms, carpeted stairwell and up-stairs bedroom / living area base charge was $500. Added pet / carpet protection treatment increased the price to $800 and two throw rugs added about an additional $250. Marvin arrived on time and was less than four hours getting it done. A realtor in our neighborhood highly recommended Zerorez and so do we!
Deep cleaning brought up stains and looked way worse than before. Smell is horrible.

I was disappointed that some of the dirt did not pick up from my carpet like it did the last time. My service technician told me that it was the carpet was worn. But I put some white vinegar in a spray bottle and use my steam cleaner and some more of the dirt picked up. I paid for a cleaning service that I am not fully satisfied with . I will not be using you in the future. I have used you several times in the past and have always been happy.

We had spots in the carpet that were not removed. The technician had to be reminded to do things that we wanted done. He seemed to use excessive water. He barely spent any time. It felt like the technician was trying to get away with doing as little work as possible.
