The service took forever to complete, was very expensive, and was not thorough.

The floors were not cleaned well. I mopped after the tile was “cleaned and it was filthy water. The carpets could have been cleaned better as well.
Service is always prompt, polite and thorough. The technician was helpful with suggestions for ways to maintain our clean carpet.
The carper isn’t crunchy afterwards, just soft and clean feeling.
Zerorez is highly efficient, on time, friendly with good manners but don’t stop to stand and just talk. Great work ethic. The technician I had this week was the best ever. My carpets were flawless ly clean when he finished.

Our tech, John Behrman, was excellent. He did a very thorough pre-inspection, gave us exact estimates and additional service recommendations, and estimated time of service. He proceeded to do a very thorough job and completed each room flawlessly. Our cleaned rooms look better than they have in years. Many thanks for a great job!

Carpet was not cleaned properly the first time. I was incorrectly charged on my bill, and I’m still waiting on a manager to confirm with a regional manager whether or not I can receive a partial refund. No one has followed up with me.
I never got an email to ask about my service tech which I was supposed to get. His commission depends on that. It was never sent. I feel like that is bad business on your part, and it’s not taking care of the people who take care of you. Nice loophole that benefits you, but I dont respect that type of business.
$478 for on bedroom was a bit exvessive
Carpet was cleaned and Josh I think was his name did an excellent job and great manners. He was on time and communicated well. Overall great experience.
