I paid over $240 for three spot treatments and it did not take care of my issue. You all are refusing to come back out and retreat without me paying a minimum of $99. This is absolutely ridiculous. I will never use your service again nor will I recommend you to anyone.

Service tech was fabulous! The cost was ridiculous. But you don’t know the real cost until they get there and by that time you aren’t going to say forget it and ask them to leave.
Diamond is the name of our technician. He arrived when he said he would, walked about and we talked about what needed to be done and then we agreed on a price. He finished our rug cleaning in about 2 hours and were extremely satisfied. There was no residue and the carpets felt soft and clean!
