Very happy with my carpet cleaning service. The rep, Curtis, was so friendly & professional. He called prior to arriving & went through the process prior to beginning making sure I knew what was to be done. He asked if I needed to add anything or had any other questions & addressed those. He completed the job in a timely manner & cleaned up afterward. I would highly recommend this company

We’ve used you guys for years and always recommended you to people, but honestly the rugs cleaning I would not recommend.
The rugs on the surface appeared clean but every single rug is still dirty and smells. I literally just wasted almost $600.

I know that Zerorez is known for free of chemicals and smells, but I was a little not happy with how I could still smell the pet dandruff after they left and cleaned the carpets. Good pricing and very nice employee that came to my house!

I know it’s clean products and the service is amazing. Everyone always takes the time to explain everything to me and doesn’t push anything on me I don’t need.
I felt like the technician was justifying his work by explaining how I needed to repaint the inside of my house. I had a room cleaned because I knew that there was pet urine on the carpet, and I felt like there was some CYA verbiage in case there was still an odor.
