My technician (I believe his name was Tracy) was SO very detailed, knowledgeable, and thorough. He explained the benefits of having the protective layer on the carpet and I did try it in one room. I really appreciate how he worked fast but not rushed. Our carpets feel great and I will definitely be using Zerorez next quarter and recommending again.

Pricing wasn’t clear and so incredibly high
I love the process of utilizing water without the addition of detergent or soaps. I feel like my carpets are much cleaner and have no residue. The service technician, Marchantz, was great. He was not trying to constantly upsell me and kept me educated about everything he was doing. He was very respectful of my property and had superb customer service. I hope I get him the next time I have Zerorez out.

The technicians were on time, friendly, knowledgeable and kept me informed of their progress. The work was thorough. I was very satisfied.
Service guy was professional, informed me of exactly what he would be doing and as he progressed he would check to see if it was up to my expectation.
I had recently called for ZeroRez to come clean my tile floor, grout initially, and then when the Team arrived, they suggested I could have one small area rug also cleaned, which I was fine about them doing.. The Team of guys were professional, friendly, did a good job as far as I could tell, however, I thought the cost of my small-average tile floor area and the area rug, totalled over $450. . While I wasn't too surprised, I think the charges are too expensive, especially when I listen to the company ads that they can clean 3 Rooms for $107, is what the ad says.. I would probably not recommend ZeroRez to my friends as I think what they advertise, and what the cost actually turns out to be, is not in the same ballpark....Buyer beware in this case.
Your products and services are highly effective. The cleanliness of our carpets is clearly evident after your work. Additionally the customer service over the phone and in person is top-notch! Jay cleaned our carpets, and he was both excellent and pleasant to work with. Thank you!

My cat got locked in my room when we went out of town and peed/sprayed around the perimeter of my master bedroom. We had y’all come out, clean the carpets and do your pet treatment. We spent almost $900. I checked it before the employee left, the room smelled fine but when I got closer to the floor it still smelled. He came back in and cleaned again. He said if there are any other spots you notice call us and I’ll come back out and fix it. Nothing about a guarantee or that we will have to pay even more money. Then he left. The next day the smell started to come back. I called and was told that I would have to pay again. My husband then called a day later to talk to manager. He was told that they would call him. They didn’t, he called again. They said the manager would call him. I finally got a phone call on my cell not my husbands with a very passive aggressive voicemail saying the exact same thing that the other employee said on the phone about the “guarantee” and I have to pay.
I will never recommend and will be putting a review everywhere that I can. My room smells almost exactly the same, like y’all never touched it. $900 down the drain, during Christmas might I add. It’s clear that management doesn’t care if their product works or not. They just want money.
