My technician was so knowledge and helpful
The technician was very professional. The house smelt wonderful when he left. But a couple of days after it went back to smelling like it did prior to the carpet being cleaned. I’m very disappointed in that because I paid extra to have an area flooded that I knew it was causing the issue.

Great service, honest and upfront.
I've used Zerorez about 5 times now and always been VERY satisfied until this last time. The job was done quickly, but not thoroughly. The carpet still looked dirty.
What I like most is their professionalism, the quality of their employees, and, of course, how the carpet in my home looks.

Diamond did an amazing job cleaning our carpets with Zerorez. He was professional, on time, and very respectful of our home. He explained the process clearly and made sure everything was done right. Our carpets look and smell fresh, and the results were noticeable right away. Highly recommend Diamond and Zerorez for anyone looking for quality carpet cleaning.
Nicolas did a great job. I left to run an errand and told him I had a flat tire at Target so could not come back. He did say he would send me photos of the two bedrooms he cleaned but I did not get those. So, if someone could send those to Email address removed I would appreciate it or my cell, Phone number removed,
I do feel like the person who booked my appointment kind of messed up as I said Nicolas would need to come in the garage, but his vehicle could not be over 7 feet.
His van was over 7 feet, and Nicolas had to park on Gaston Avenue, (which is a very busy street with a fire department nearby on Malcom X Blvd). Plus, his hose had to go many more feet than what I thought would be easy. He was concerned he might get a ticket. And I did not want him or his truck to be hit.
But he was able to get it done. I just think the phone personal should have followed thru on the need for a truck that could come in the garage.

The carpeting looks great! This cleaning was the best one that has been done in years! Our tech, Korey, did a fantastic job! Very satisfied!
Ive used Zerorez before with no problems. This time, all rooms still had spots and the salesman was uncomfortable and cheating the company out of money, which I fell for.
Service
The couch looks and smells just like it did before it was supposedly cleaned. I called the next morning (today) and am still waiting on a supervisor call back. Absolutely not worth a penny much less, $300 plus dollars.
Great agent finding our my needs and setting up appointment. The equipment does a great job and the house feels "cleaner" with your zerorez system. The cleaner Buddy was very respectful, conscientious and hard working, who also listened to my needs.

Arrive in the time slot. Call ahead to let me know the arrival time. Well trained technicians. Get the job done well and don’t waste time. Get my feedback as they progress. My rocker and rug looking good again. Very pleased.
Apparently when you cleaned my carpet, after it dried, there was discoloration that you said was from the pad. And to get down and clean the pad was going to cost me $80 a square foot. That is very expensive ! I’m frustrated and disappointed as I have been using Zero Rez at least 20 years. I cannot afford $80 a foot.
