The quality of the products used, really got my carpet cleaned.
Ray the technician was great. However, I don’t know if it’s how the machinery was working or the process but after everything was done, we were still left with pretty bad pet odors even though the carpet was treated. Pretty embarrassing. In fact, I took paper towel and pat dried areas that were damp after the cleaning and the once white paper towel was brown… GROSS! How is this possible? How can you all make this right? Again, there was absolute nothing wrong with your technician, he was great, I just don’t know how your process is and why my carpet was still left with an odor and a film feeling on the carpet.
