Zerorez has helped me for many years with my carpet. The carpet is 26 years old and looks very impressive for its age. My technician, Dexter, is a miracle worker, and I love it when he comes out. He is very professional, knowledgeable, a hard worker and kind. After all these years, I am a loyal fan of Zerorez and Dexter.

I totally appreciated J coming in and placing shoe covers over his shoes. He call to identify himself and said how far out he was. He asked that we walk through the house and check the areas. He made several suggestions and I agreed with them. He very knowledgeable about the products and services the company provides. I highly recommend Zerorez. The stains are still there, & it was normal every day stains. We do not own any pets so the stains are not due that.

I like the prompt response and arrival of the technician. The willingness to to make sure the job is complete to my satisfaction is truly appreciated.
I have used Zerorez 3-4 times now and every time I have been impressed with the outcome. My carpet is in good shape for being 35 years old and they always get it looking like new! I have dogs and there has been a few accidents, but they always get it completely out and no odors.
Corey was our technician and he was professional, friendly, and cleaned our carpets is a timely manner. We will request him again when we require your services.

Technician and trainee did a through job of cleaning my carpet. Both were communicative and professional. Would like to use them for my nest job.
This was a really stressful situation for our loved ones. Brandon, the gentleman who provided the cleaning service, was amazing. We needed to allow some drying time. I made a follow up call to clarify some next steps to remove the stains completely but wasn’t happy with the customer service provided in helping me get some answers. Customer Service said I needed to book an entirely new appointment to get these questions answered.

Hi! Our carpets are well cleaned. The technician did a great job cleaning them. He was a really nice guy, very polite and helpful. What I would caution others about Zerorez is that it’s going to essentially cost almost twice as much as you think. Otherwise, great experience!
