We have used Zerorez for 10 years and still have original carpet upstairs from a home built in 2005. Other than our pets the carpets have looked nice and stayed clean.
First room he did a good job, but one hallway and room was a disappointment.

The technician did not have a tape measure and could not accurately measure the space to provide a price for service. It took over 30 minutes for us to figure it out. He did not have towels as water began to leave the bathroom he was cleaning and I needed to provide towels. Sitting water was left on the floor even after services were complete. Damage was done to then door and frame as well as bathroom vanity. Pictures have been submitted and waiting for response from a manager.

Cleaning team did a GREAT job. Carpets look beautiful and smell wonderful! Buddy was very helpful in making sure that special spots were taken care of. They were careful to clean up well after they finished.
Quick, super-clean and nothing toxic for our pets! Jose Vasquez has has been our service provider for a couple of visits. He thoroughly examines the carpeting to maximize the cleaning and always notifies me if extra treatment might be needed to eradicate pet stains. He's fast, friendly and always on time. I will request him, specifically, for our next cleaning! Thanks, Joe!

The carpet is ONE year old. We had 2 spots in the family room. They cconvinced us top clean the whole room. Now the entire room stinks. Stinks!!!
