The tech was supposed to arrive between 8 - 10 am but arrive closer to 11 am.

After a follow up treatment. The carpet still smells like old socks. This carpet is only 18 months old. Maybe the water in the truck tank is contaminated causing the smell. Maybe another tech knows more.

The technician was professional, on time, and took the time to explain what they were doing and show before-and-after photos. The duct and dryer vent cleaning were completed thoroughly, and they answered my questions without any pressure to add unnecessary services. Overall, a smooth and professional experience.

I only use zerorez to clean and sanitize my carpets. After Alexander Lipscomb cleans my carpet they look and smell fresh and clean like new! Alexander Lipscomb does such a professional job going above and beyond! He should be a manager with his meticulous work ethic and outstanding people skills!

The entire reason I had zeroes come out was because my 2 cats and one small dog had decided to pee a few places on the couches and in the carpets in a couple of rooms. I paid extra for the smell deodorizer for said couches and rooms. The pee smell is even stronger now than it was before yall came and cleaned. I feel like I paid $800 and accomplished absolutely nothing. Complete waste of money. $800 is a ton of money to waste, especially around the holidays. I either need a refund or for someone else to come do the job correctly.
It’s very expensive for the service provided. Unclear right now if I got my moneys worth. Service provider was nice and professional. It’s just a little annoying how you quote a job and then it’s actually three times the cost because of how you designate what is a room or a hall.

Tech was very professional. He did try to up sale me but did offer additional products which I did purchase. Carpet dried in a timely manner.
