The techs were great. Honestly, after cleaning my sofa and chairs twice, I cannot say I am pleased with the results.

I was extremely impressed and I am a very outspoken person. I leave bad reviews OFTEN. BUT I WAS OVERWHELMED WITH THE SERVICE

ZeroRez did a great job cleaning 130 chairs at our building. They came on time and did the work at a great price. We really appreciate the military discount too.
Grout sealer is all over my cabinets, doors and baseboards. It will not come off. I spent $4000 and ended up with a damaged home. My grout is still not clean.
Your staff seems to be friendly, helpful and effective. I don't mind letting them into my house.
We liked the odor treatment. We have to have our bedroom carpet cleaned because of our cats, unfortunately, and the odor treatment is always great! We will be seeing you guys again in about 3 months.

My technician did a fantastic job of carpet cleaning. I am very satisfied with that. I however spent 3 times as much money on the cleaning for my sofa and chairs. I have expensive furniture and chose to keep it clean and not trade for newer pieces. The couch material looked changed once it was cleaned. The sheen that had been on the material was no longer there but the one stain and general cleaning on the rest of the sofa did not look better/cleaner at all. I was extremely disappointed in the outcome. I will continue to use the service for carpet cleaning but will no longer use the service for furniture cleaning.

I love that ZeroRez does not use chemical agents. Chemicals build up over time and break down the carpet.
