My wife and I have white upholstery couches and Tyrone did an excellent job getting them back cleaner than they have been in a very long time. He was quick, thorough, and personable.
We highly recommend zerorez and also Tyrone.

I am sorry, I do not remember his name, I believe Jeremy? He was here to clean my couch, he listened to my issues with the cushions, was very tentative and made sure I was happy with how the cushions and couch turned out! We are very happy and the couch smells great, no chemically smell. Just a wondeful fresh clean couch!

Tristan was great at explaing the Air Vent cleaning and showing pictures of what was up in our system. He also listened to my concerns with a asthmatic child in the household! We're relieved that he will have an air purifier in his room with a 2 yeat filter in it!

Above and beyond excellent service: everything was assessed thoroughly and honestly and all of my questions answered with deep expertise and patience. I sent a response the next day!! The service man was really nice and thorough but there were no corner protectors available and I provided towels to protect the paint. You did receive a referral....Hodges in Arlington a few weeks ago. She was very pleased with the servicel

Your equipment is state of the art, and the service is great! We only had two rooms, but needed some pet treatments to restore them. Zerorez came through. Both rooms are livable again. Thanks for your service.
I like the variety of services they offer, the professionalism of their technicians, their friendliness, their “green” products, and the ease of scheduling. I’m always happy with my carpet and chairs afterwards and can feel the clean!

I was able to get an appointment quickly, they arrived right on time, and the job was done efficiently and faster than I expected.
The technician was very friendly and took the time to explain the whole process for removing the stain. Everything was great — I will definitely be contacting them again!
