I loved everything about it. Tracy was an awesome receptionist and helped us get acquainted with the sauna and the cold plunge. I loved the contrasting feelings between the sauna and the cold plunge. I loved the towels with different essential oils. I loved the bevy machine. I loved all of the hair products in the red light therapy pallet. I loved that there was multiple towels in the room and that you could put on music in the sauna, and I liked the lights in the sauna.
Traci was very warm and accommodating as we were brand new to this spa concept. The suana was a bit tight for 2 people, but it was still a nice experience.

My first session at SweatHouz Mount Pleasant was exceptional. The private suites are thoughtfully designed with a full-spectrum infrared sauna, a 49° cold plunge tub, and a vitamin C–infused shower — making it easy to move through heat, cold, and recovery in one space.
The sauna is fully automated, with personal controls, a Bluetooth TV and speakers, which makes the experience both comfortable and customizable. The cold plunge was invigorating and effective for circulation and inflammation, while the vitamin C shower made for a rejuvenating cycle.
Everything felt clean, modern, and well maintained, and the staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. This is an excellent option for anyone seeking holistic recovery, somatic therapy, or simply a restorative reset for body and mind.
Loved it! The vibes were awesome. Everything was so cozy. The staff was amazing, especially the assistant manager Michael. The packages were a bit pricey, even the membership. I wish it was cheaper or offered more discounts because it is a really cool concept, but not financially attainable.

Sauna, cold plunge and atmosphere
The cleanliness and professionalism of the staff was very important to me.
I loved everything about my experience from the time that I walked in and was greeted by Sam to the time that I walked out. The facility is absolutely beautiful. It’s so clean and I love that there were speakers in the sauna and that I could change the lighting and the music. I really enjoyed my time.

It was such a lovely experience walking in. The atmosphere is clean and inviting, almost feels stereil not at all like a hospital operating room. I mean, how often do you get Vitimin C infused shower? Then hitting the sauna and onward to Cold plunge and lastly, infused vitamin shower, and towels in each room. QqYou simply must try it! It was absolutely fantastic! The staff is so helpful and kind, and the tour was truly wonderful. Personally, I found the vibe to be incredibly soothing, I absolutely adored it! I really enjoyed selecting a fresh, warm, and fragrant washcloth. Completely satisfied! I drove 90 miles to visit my sister, who shared this dynamite place and it's about 90 miles one way, but I would do it all over again. Thank you so much!
