Very clean wonderful experience really enjoyed the cold Line’s first time I was able to stay in five minutes, got back in the sauna then the last 2 1/2 minutes went back into it. It was euphoric, even after going to bed made me feel so wonderful.

The cold plunge was a surprising aspect to my experience. Not that heh didn’t offer it, but because i liked it the most! never thought i’d like something like that.

The staff was very kinda and gave us a tour first showed us our room. The vitamin c shower was amazing to replenish with and the infrared sauna was very cool as you could adjust the temp to your comfort and overall experience was a 10 out of 10. Thank you Sweathouz we will be back. 😊

I loved the amenities, like the water filling station, tv, and ability to change the color! I had never had a vitamin c shower so that was great as well!
I loved that each person gets a private booth and that the vitamin C shower is within the same room.

Alex was amazing. I loved the privacy of the suite. It was relaxing and refreshing. Will definitely be making this a monthly date with my husband.
I really like how everything was explained in the tour. Also the cold bath was a cool experience giving it was my 1st time doing that and the sunna and mineral shower combo was nice!

It was our first time, and Kate made it easy by giving thorough instructions, and showing us everything we could need, and available for help at any time. Also, everything we could need was provided-even toiletries. The facility and rooms were clean, and it was a very refreshing experience. Hot sauna, cold plunge, definitely left with more energy and slept great that night!
The chill pool was spacious and clean and the “vibe” of the room was perfect
