I appreciated how Jaren explained the benefits of the rooms and gave me a tour. He was very nice and helpful. I love that I had my own room and privacy. The sauna experience was very relaxing. I hooked up my music to the Bluetooth and created a little vibe for myself. I conquered the cold plunge and lasted about a minute. I left feeling so relaxed that I took a nap when I got home.
