I like that the sauna and cold plunge are in the same room and as are counted as one visit. The days of having to go to one room then finish there get dressed go to another room …. And then loose 2 visit for the inconvenience! Blah blah blah. Best move you could have made is the new design!!!

Great facility, nice staff
The staff is so fun and welcoming. Room is always clean and I always feel so comfortable there. It’s one of my favorite places. Would recommend a cocktail cart with old fashioned ready to go on ice while I detox in the sauna. Just a fantasy

I have stenosis of the spine, after one session I felt better. In addition to the sweat I tried the recovery room…excellent experience. I am looking forward to my new membership to bring further relief.

Julian was our guide and he was WONDERFUL. He was a real asset to this business. Additionally, i dealt with Sara, both to book and then to ask follow up questions, and her attention and assistance were a "10" so i would say customer service was the best aspect. Beyond that, i was impressed with the quality of the modalities and i was very impressed with the conveniences like the water machine and vanity stations with the hair drying and styling tools. I really enjoyed my experience at this location. Thank you.

My wife and I did our first session at sweathouz today. We had an amazing experience, the staff was friendly and informative. The room was clean. We enjoyed ourselves so much we took advantage of their Black Friday sale. We’re looking forward to our next visit.
