I liked how I had my own private area to hangout and it was very peaceful. The tv outside the sauna was great and it made the time entertaining while also getting recovered.

Honestly, the website does not give any info about what to wear, what to expect on your first visit, or just what the deal is. So I called and the staff onsite were very helpful. When I arrived they explained everything and were very attentive and nice. So they made it a positive experience. I really liked the sauna. I had never done that but it felt great. I don’t understand the value of the vitamin c shower. The plunge was interesting. But I’m not sure I’m a super fan of that.

I truly enjoyed my experience at SweatHouz. My friend and I had a suite, and the entire visit was exactly the reset we needed. The sauna was amazing, the cold plunge was cool—no pun intended—and the shower left my skin feeling incredibly soft and refreshed.
The overall experience was rejuvenating, relaxing, and left me feeling renewed from head to toe.
My only concerns were that the towels appeared a bit dingy, and there was no Wi-Fi password provided or displayed for guests. Addressing those small details would make the experience even better.

The entire setup was more than expected. Individual suites with everything in it was definitely more enjoyable than sharing a space with several people.
