I loved everything about my experience. The layout, the privacy, it was cool I got to select my own music. I also did the cold plunge for the very first time and I was able to stay in for 3 minutes. I definitely will be doing it again. The staff was really nice and was very informative when I had questions.
The customer service elevated the experience and having the tv and the clock in the room. As well as the room having the shower, the suna, and the bath.
I like sauna and cold plunge, and red light therapy lamp. Service team is always welcoming and friendly.

The private room. Water and complimentary items. In the sauna, the infrared light was so soothing. Enjoyed the shower and I did the cold plunge for 3 minutes!
It was exhilarating and relaxing altogether. I had to hurry my shower because the shower drain was not draining. Otherwise all was good.

I love all that’s available for use during my sessions. I listen to guided meditation during the sauna and will alternate between sauna, cold shower and ice bath through my one hour. Afterward, I’m left feeling refresh and flooded with energy and clarity!
Privacy, cleanliness and equipment was great. Having TV with inside sauna speakers was cool also!
It was my first time today and had an amazing experience. I felt very good afterwards so I’m looking forward to coming back every now and then. If you take suggestions, I would love there to be a foot massager, maybe in the sauna, mostly those water foot massages that detox your feet. Anyways 5/5 would definitely recommend.

Loved the quality room set up with the lighting and tv. Sauna was great and hot. Shower was clean and toiletries were great. Cold plunge was clean and a good temp! Front desk was very helpful!
We loved everything about the experience. The staff was very kind. Bella was amazing! It would have been nice to have sandals for the experience, some flip flops. Other than that it was amazing definitely will be back.
