SweatHouz has become my favorite thing to do now. I do the cold plunge for about 10-15 minutes each time and then get in sauna for 30 mins and finish with the cold plunge again. I love the customer service. I love the different locations I can explore. The app is very easy to schedule my appointments. I love everything about this company.

Health benefits
I love how you can change the temperature on the sauna to your comfortability. The products in the vitamin C shower are also fantastic! The cold plunge is tough but I left the experience feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Your Associate Kai who welcomed me made me so happy when I walked in the door I knew I was going to love it. She gave me the tour and helped me got situated with the television (very cool) I’ve been doing the infrared sauna for years. ) cool upgrade) I liked my private suite set up and felt comfortable going back @ forth to the cold plunge.
