- room or suite ready (clean & prepared) on time,
- undisturbed session, equipment working fine,
- a tiny little bit colder water like 45-48 would make it perfect, however is okay as is :-)

Staff was super friendly great sales people but also very personable. Finance and I had great experience and went multiple times during our stay with a friend in the local area. The environment was very welcoming clean modern, great sauna set up light tv everything! Plunge was great definitely need to buildup but felt amazing every time we left! The Manager Kalyn I believe and Michael were awesome! We saw them both a few times during our visit and they were great! Also the rest of the staff was also great! Can't say enough good things about sweathouz the environment wellness therapy and staff! Sweathouz Boca we will be back!!!

Very nice and upscale sauna suites !!! Chris delivered amazing service and moved me seamlessly from room to room! Can’t wait to go back. As an athlete this was heaven. I felt so rejuvenated after I left.

The vitamin C shower and scented rags were the highlight of my experience. I think this is a great option if you can work this in once a month or every other month.

I had a great experience, and Eric offered the best customer service. The facility was clean, and I liked having a private sauna. There were multiple cold plunge options, and I was able to use the red light for my face before my time ended. I felt really good after my experience, and I am excited about returning and adding the sauna and cold plunge to my wellness routine.
