So nice having a private room and being able to change the music and lighting in the sauna! What a great experience! The amenities were really nice too, I love that they provide everything you need to get ready after (soap, shampoo, blow dryer). I can’t wait to come back!
Awesome customer service & facilities
Literally everything. Super clean and nice facilities. The sauna controls are easy to use. The shower feels great. Kai was the person who helped me and he was incredibly helpful and courteous.

Clean, easy check in, nice girl at front desk. Plunge was 48 and the sauna got to 175. I have been in one room that couldn’t get above 160-165.

Privacy and cleanliness
Yesterday my room wasn’t properly cleaned. It smelled of body odor and there was a small towel left in the shower.
Love visiting when I come to Portland from Canada! Highly reccommend!!
Attendant was friendly and informative. It was our first visit. She gave us a tour, the. Took us to the suite. It was relaxing and refreshing. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful customer service, the young girl gave us a tour of the entire facility before showing us to our room, she was the cutest and sweetest thing ever, and the way the guest can always go back and forth between sauna and cold plunge, watch Netflix or whatever, etc. I love how guest focused the experience is.
