my favorite was the sauna but the experience was out of this world. it was very relaxing and therapeutic. customer service was fantastic, for my first time i felt very comfortable.
The room was spacious, clean and inviting . The cold towels provided were a nice touch along with the friendliness of the receptionist. The accoutrement like the TV, mood and automatic lighting were noted and appreciated. Loved the titanic C shower and cold plunge tub.

I loved the entire experience. It was a great way to relax and release all of my anxiety from the week! I highly recommend!
Enjoyed the experience. Felt relaxed and energized at the same time. Facility was clean and well kept. Only recommendation would be to suggest flip flops for walking on floors and common areas. We tried it as a date and would preferred not to walk to bathroom to change in bare feet or risk soggy socks.

I truly enjoyed my experience, I got to play music while in the sauna. The lady that attended us was very sweet and informative. Very clean environment. Most definitely recommend anyone who wants to relax and recover. Thank you for this experience! I will be coming back soon.
