The front desk receptionist was so polite and helpful! It was our first time and we enjoyed it immensely. We have already recommended it to friends. We will be back! Loved the scented towels and the vitamin c. A great experience. I felt light and airy when I left, walking on clouds.

Our host was very amazing. She answered every question, explained everything multiple times and made us feel welcome to join. It was relaxing and clean. I also loved how they provided a space to get ready after your session as well.

I had an amazing experience, each time I came out relaxed, feeling like a new person. Setup my meditation when I get there and my favorite is the 2.0 location when everything is in the same suite. I was able to get more out of my experience the days I could go in and out of the sauna and cold plunge multiple times.
