Professional service, nice suite renovation, validated parking, easy to find from garage. There was a bit of dirt in the cold plunge tub and a hair in the sauna was my only concern. Otherwise, great experience.

She was incredibly knowledgeable about the different rooms, packages, and overall benefits, and took the time to walk me through everything in a way that felt genuine, not salesy. More than anything, she made me feel welcome and comfortable the entire time. That level of care really stood out, and it’s the reason I’ll be signing up for a membership. Appreciate her professionalism and energy, she represents the brand really well.
