The new layout made the ice-hot experience such an incredible and easy way to recover! The ice tub and sauna are now in the same room and it was easier to transition between the two! We went after a flag football tournament and this was exactly what our bodies needed to recover. 10 out of 10 RECOMMEND!
When I step into the sauna room I feel like I was in an alternate universe with every single detail of the masterpiece designed room! The tv is such a + for experiencing moments of true motivation while in the sauna is something I've never experienced with such a high level of enjoyment!The lights are so freaking brilliant and beautiful do not be shy to add more to the room by all means it’s genuinely one of the reasons I remember and went back. I really can’t name anything id want to change because at moments I wish my bathroom looked like yourz! The clock in the room is also such a key factor for my time so I can put my phone to the side and not have to worry about time checking when In the sauna or shower. Then once you feel like your being poured on by holy water I literally feel like a brand new person literally from my skin feeling so soft and I also can tell the vitamins filter is so insanely cool and extremely healthy and underrated for the bathroom industry. Ive never heard seen or thought of a Special Vitamin filtered shower and I wish I discovered it so much sooner. As for the cold plunge thats where I think this company hits for all of us. That moment we all take differently but also together, to bring peace and healing pure mental strength and energy. That I know everyone loves so Im happy so many people are coming together in similar ways for better health.
The girls really made the experience worth it. They were very informative and helpful. The experience inits self was very refreshing. The environment was extremely clean.

Everything! I believe the gentleman that helped me name was Alex ? He was welcoming, knowledgeable also great at multi tasking while making sure each guest needs were met gracefully. Love this place. Also was a second person there that’s was literally so helpful and all smiles!

I liked the hospitality of the team. I visit multiple locations because I travel a lot and the team made feel at home and explained how this location works. Unfortunately my session was cut short when the building lost power but that wasn’t their fault. They immediately offered me a refund.

It was soooo amazing! The space was incredible clean and very relaxing! Also the shampoo and conditioner weren’t like cheap hotel stuff and I left feeling so refreshed!

I liked being able to see when each room was available for booking and the ability to text the staff before arrival to coordinate the preheating of the room to my desired temperature before my session began. The studio was quiet during my session and my suite was clean at arrival. I appreciated the lack of clutter in the room and muted color scheme.
