I like how much thought was put into the whole experience, from the small things like hair ties in the sauna room, scented towels and bags to put our wet clothes in— to the big things like the overall design of the spaces. It was a special experience and wee look forward to redeeming our sessions (that we purchased shortly after our intro session)

The saunas are spacious and high quality, and I absolutely love the vitamin C shower and the products provided. The hospitality from the staff is truly amazing- everyone is so welcoming and attentive. I’ve already referred a few friends because I’ve had such a great experience. The cold plunge is fantastic too, even though it’s a bit small for my liking, and I’m excited to hear that another one is coming. I always feel so good afterward!
I loved everything about the experience! It was just what I had been searching for. I am grateful that Billie shared her experience with me, which encouraged me to check it out. I also love your flexibility; arriving that early was helpful for our family schedule. Additionally, Paris was very welcoming and helped me become familiar with everything so quickly that it felt like a retreat, filled with peace and purpose! I hope my other friends will have a chance to drop in and experience this too!
The two hours I spent at SweatHouz felt like a three-day vacation. I let go of stress, felt energized, and my headache disappeared. Everything is thought out down to the smallest detail, for the pleasure and convenience of the visitors. I highly recommend this place to anyone who can't often afford a real vacation.
