I am a frequent flyer at both locations in our area and both are consistently excellent. Whenever possible, the staff has the sauna temperature set to my individual preference which makes each visit that much nicer. I love that the sauna, plunge and shower are in a private suite. Highly recommend!

Service was exceptional friendly and informative. The actual therapy rooms, accommodations, comfort, effectiveness was even better. I have recommended to at least 10 people already. I have many friends in Highland Park IL which I speak with daily that I will recommend. It was awesome and I feel fantastic after yesterday’s session

Moving from hot to cold is a very therapeutic process to relive stress and anxiety easily. I always feel my body respond and relax. Your staff is very professional and the rooms were very clean and inviting. Thank you for a great experience.

What did you like about your experience?

Treated very well by Marcelino and Dustin. Good introduction and explanation to the amenities and answered any questions we had. They also helped us when my fiancé left her ring in the sauna room.
