The individual rooms with mood lighting control, mood light chart descriptions, TV speakers inside sauna, and vitamin C shower to cool down. The cold plunge at the end makes you leave feeling energized and refreshed to take on the rest of the week. Water provided and intro on how to use equipment from staff.
The experience was awesome! The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The sauna and cold plunge combo is elite. I’ve only ever done just the sauna so the combo was great. The space is super clean and loved the makeup remover wipes as this was my last stop running errands!

This was my first experience, and Molleigh did an incredible job explaining every step of the process, which made me feel completely comfortable and excited. I felt absolutely amazing afterward—so refreshed and renewed. The amenities were top-notch and thoughtfully curated, with everything I needed to shower, change, and even blow-dry my hair. The entire experience felt luxurious, seamless, and truly exceptional. I can’t wait to come back!
