When I was 19, I suffered a 70’ fall and broke my neck, hips, both arms, both legs, both shoulders.
Now I’m 29 and managing pain is just part of my life. I go to a physical therapist, a chiropractor, and take meds for inflammation and nerve pain.
Out of everything I do to stay healthy and pain free, contrast therapy is hands down & without a doubt the most effective, the most enjoyable, and most impactful method of managing my pain and combatting the after math of my injuries. I’m so happy with how effective it is, and I couldnt recommend it more to people who are constantly on the mend, such as myself.
