Left feeling amazing! The cold plunge was the most healing and the sauna was much needed. My body was much less swollen where I could see the difference in my hands and legs. The normal aches and pains in my back seemed to have been helped by this experience as well. I was blown away honestly. I felt more energetic because of how much better my body felt and still do a day later. I live in NJ and already searched for a place near me and am so disappointed to see this isn’t available in my area.
