My wife and I did our first session at sweathouz today. We had an amazing experience, the staff was friendly and informative. The room was clean. We enjoyed ourselves so much we took advantage of their Black Friday sale. We’re looking forward to our next visit.

I enjoy the peace of mind of getting away to sweat/meditate without being around so many people. A TV is provided if I want a distraction like music or a show. The ability to change the intensity of the lighting and heat as well is a plus. Utilizing chromotherapy is another tool I use to relax. I love the cool blue lights. Plus the in-suite shower is great to use both before and after a session to rinse away the impurities. I have enjoyed my experience and have been coming to the studio for some years now.
The comfort and privacy of the suite allowed me to have the perfect experience, put my favorite music and enjoy my time there!

My experience was great! I left feeling revived. The staff were super helpful and accommodating. (Mason!!) Even set me up to try the hydro therapy, which was amaze. The facilities were clean and everything lovely and luxurious. I did wish for a couple things though—
1. Combined sauna x cold plunge room
2. Separate locker room area that wasn’t part of the thoroughfare
The facility was very clean and inviting, and the staff were courteous and friendly. This was my first experience with contrast therapy, and the relaxation and recovery it provided me were priceless. I will return!
The staff is always kind. There is a wonderful guy who always takes time to say hello and ask how I’m doing. He was there when I visited the Sandy Springs location today, 11.29 for my 4:45pm session. Always kind. Keep up the good work! :)
I liked it all. Penny greeted me. Gave me a great personal introduction. Guided me to my room. I enjoyed the sauna, the plunge pool and shower all in same room along with music. A supportive environment. Clean.

I do believe however that I was double charged, so I need to talk to someone there to verify.
Julian was our guide and he was WONDERFUL. He was a real asset to this business. Additionally, i dealt with Sara, both to book and then to ask follow up questions, and her attention and assistance were a "10" so i would say customer service was the best aspect. Beyond that, i was impressed with the quality of the modalities and i was very impressed with the conveniences like the water machine and vanity stations with the hair drying and styling tools. I really enjoyed my experience at this location. Thank you.
