Dirty with hair and skin. I’m so hopeful that my experience will be different when I return. The lady upfront was super nice and apologetic, I was so nervous about asking to switch. Is there a way to request that the tub be cleaned prior to me using the room? Can someone call and explain how I can do that because I would love to return.
First of all the service was A-1 when we arrived. The explanation of the experience before hand was described perfectly. I will definitely be back on a regular schedule. Thanks!
The staff was super sweet and made my first contrast therapy session so peaceful and relaxing. Everything was very clean and I really enjoyed all of the different amenities offered. 10/10 experience!

From intro to exit, it was an incredible experience. The facilities are clean, conveniently located, and well-maintained, with plenty of towels and adequate time to enjoy everything. The staff was welcoming and professional, and the entire experience was relaxing and enjoyable. I enjoyed it so much that I signed up for a monthly plan—I’m already looking forward to coming back! Cold plunge was awesome.

Very friendly and helpful staff! She helped me find a sauna room with a speaker, which my phone was able to find and connect to. Also being able to back-to-back session was great, since trying to do 3x sauna & plunge and a shower in 60mins feels being rushed.
I like the tv speakers in the sauna.

I had such a great time! Janelle was so sweet and informative; it was such a comfortable experience I couldn’t leave without getting into a membership. The studio is beautiful and clean and the equipment is just as wonderful!
I love the privacy that comes with this location.
The fact we can get our own room to ourselves for 1 hour so we don’t have to be all nasty and sweaty next to other people.

The employees provided great customer service by walking me through the facility and explaining the different options. The employee gave great advice on how to navigate the cold plunge. I was able to submerge for the first time and it was great.

Everything! We forgot our waters so they gave us some, very clean and professional. The staff is awesome. I appreciate the private room instead of one big public space.
