I love everything about SweatHouz but my favorite thing is that we have a private suite with a shower and a cold compress.

Sandy Springs Sweathouz is one of my places and it’s my favorite Sweathouz. They are so nice, accommodating, it’s always very clean, they’re flexible and just fantastic it feels very at home when I’m there.

What did you like about your experience?

I liked everything. It was great that I could share the experience with my sister. I loved that I could play music. The scented cold rag was great. The cold plunge was a shock but great after the sauna. Checkin was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and explained everything great since it was my first time.
