This was my 1st time trying SweatHouz and I can’t wait to come back! My appt was 12/11 @6:30 and I was greeted by a man. I didn’t catch his name but he was the most helpful and kind person and helped get set up. He explained how it works and gave me tips on how to make the most of my time. It was an experience, i cant describe it.

I love the experience that I have that’s Sweathouz. It’s almost always very clean and now that they have new staff in Sandy Springs it’s a pleasure to do business with them.
I liked the private sauna and that I could link my music up to the tv and listen to it in the sauna.
The vitamin C shower was very nice.

Easy access. Very nice staff. The sauna is always hot and the water is very cold. Other locations in Atlanta seem to be cutting costs with saunas at 155 and water at 50 degrees. Definitely my favorite location.
I love the “me time” and the way my body feels refreshing afterwards. I love the combination of the cold plunge and suana. It’s so satisfying and the music and lighting adds to the experience and well as the atmosphere. Can’t wait to go again!! 🥵❤️
Friendly staff and clean facilities.
The whole atmosphere is always exactly what I need. They always exceed my expectations. From the numerous amenities like peppermint towel service and the anticipation of everything I might need during my stay I’m always left feeling refreshed and fully reset. I will always come back it’s a non negotiable for my self care and mental health.
