I loved having the sauna, cold plunge tub, and vitamin C shower all in the private suite so I could move at my own pace without needing to leave the room. Everything appeared very clean so I was able to just relax and enjoy some me time.

The privacy. The ability to individualize my experience. Everything about thr room was excellent! I'm kind of glad the TV cannot be heard in the sauna. I listened to some new music from my phone through the Bluetooth speakers, and it made for a good experience.

Relaxing I love when sauna is already at 170 when I get in . Some of them take a long time to heat up the remote button was sticking so I could not switch channels . I was in suite 3 . The vitamin C tube was good . The times before it was empty . Overall great experience tonight . Thank you !! I love the staff … super friendly !!
I was apprehensive about the cold plunge. But after getting out i literally felt like a new person lol.
