The experience in the facility was amazing! I did however put in a complaint. I was sent here to check it out as a gift. Meaning they paid. But then I also got charged. I called and expressed the problem. I was promised I would get a call from the manager in the morning and I never heard back. Its crazy how it was so easy to double charge me but to get the issue resolved nobody seems to care.
