I recently visited Sweathouz on 06/17/2026, and my sauna experience was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, the serene and comfortable atmosphere put me at ease. The highlight of my visit was the Vitamin C shower, which provided a refreshing and rejuvenating sensation after the heat sessions. It left my skin feeling smooth and revitalized, perfectly complementing the relaxing effects of the sauna.
The facility was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and attentive to every need. Overall, I would give my experience a solid 5 out of 5 stars. I highly recommend Sweathouz to anyone looking for an invigorating and blissful sauna escape.

I absolutely loved the contrast therapy of hot and cold. I've been in saunas before, many times, but doing the cold plunge with it was a whole new experience. I've been reading and seeing all the hype on the cold plunge and this was the first time I finally had a chance to try it and it was really great, it was hard at first to get in but I did it and I really don't like being cold and I especially do not like cold water, haha, but the cold plunge tub was inviting and comfortable. I already booked my next session for 3 weeks from now. Looking forward to it!! Oh and the vitamin c shower was amazing too!! My skin feels so good!!!

SweatHouz(Aventura) was amazing . The sauna relaxed my body, and the cold plunge left me feeling energized, refreshed, and focused. Vitamin C was the one! The. best recovery experiences I’ve had—highly recommend
The customer service from when i stepped in Paige made me feel welcome. She was thorough in explaining how everything works. I thoroughly enjoyed myself!
Honestly it was really relaxing but also refreshing. I was kind of dragging when I arrived but felt amazing when I left. I’d like a monthly membership but will have to decide if the pricing structure makes sense. Seemed a tick too high.
The guy at the front was incredibly friendly and super accommodating. Showed me around. Then gave me a quick tutorial and let me get to the relaxing.
The sauna was incredible. Took about 10 minutes for the seat to come, but once it did…Wow! The cold plunge was really rejuvenating. After I was done I could feel the endorphins. Can’t wait to go back.
I came in this evening and had the best interaction with Bassey. He shines in presence and personality the moment you walk in. Polite, non-intrusive, explains processes and usage quickly and efficiently. Such a gentle yet professional demeanor. This is the face of how every business should be handeled from start to finish. He and sweat houz, are simply impeccable. Will absolutely be back!
The experience from start to finish was excellent. From the moment we checked in until we checked out, felt very special. My friend had never experienced the studio, so it was nice for her to get such a sweet welcome, tour, and check-in during our appointment. We cannot wait to come back next month.
