It was a very good experience. The suites were very clean and the suites were actually very modern with the TV and the design Something I’ve never experienced before. The shower was actually very enjoyable and the temperature of the water was perfect.

It was different and something to definitely tell others about. It does leave you feeling relaxed. One suggestion, please put handle bars in the shower and tub. Also, the shower floor and when you come out of the tub is very slippery. Thankfully my husband was with me or else I would not have been able to get into the tub and into the shower.
Other than these few concerns, it was a nice experience.

Mason was great. The cold plunge was appropriately cold. The sauna was nice and hot to start.
I loved everything about it! From the amazing staff to the cold plunge itself! Which I was very nervous to do! The tub was big enough for me to fit in which was a plus!! The sauna and vitamin c shower was amazing as well! Loved my entire experience!! 10 out of 10, highly recommend

The staff was really nice and helpful and showed me everything I needed to know, and helped me feel welcome. The suit was spotless and felt super clean. The tv with speakers in the sauna was a great touch as well.

I love that this place is more spacious than other locations.
I liked the sauna and the cold plunge. The vitamin C shower was a nice touch as well. We ran out of conditioner during our vitamin C plunge so I know that. I also wish there was an option for the sauna to be closer to 200.

Room always ready. Friendly, professional staff. Overall relaxing time spent. Typically go twice a week. Cold plunge excellent for reducing inflammation from workouts.
