Everything!! The staff were so friendly and informative. It was my first time and John explained every detail to me and was there by the door when I finished one room to guide me to the next room and explain the room. The ammenities are top level and soo many extra perks/options. Truly an top class establishment with excellent customer service.

I understand cold plunge and all the more beneficial stuff might not be for everyone, but the staff there is patient and kind and always willing to walk you through things. If not going for recovery, it's nice for relaxing!
