The girl at the front desk was super sweet and helpful. Loved the sauna! Loved the idea of the cold plunge although too cold for me. I even lived the design of the space and the water up front. Thank you! Will definitely be back!

Overall excellent facilities. Very clean with a helpful and informative staff. I wasn’t sure if the shower in the cold plunge room was available for use after the plunge, but I could have asked as well. Having a shower right after the sauna was fantastic, just wasn’t sure whether to change into clean clothes before the plunge or not.
Moved & hadn’t been in a year. Forgot how much I love it!

Walking into SweatHouz is always a relaxing experience and the staff is always so friendly and welcoming. One staff member in particular Kate is awesome. She always welcomes with a smile and even has my favorite rain sounds playing when I arrive. She’s very thoughtful and goes above and beyond.
