Saunas were hit and clean with the necessary towels laid out for me. Shower temperature can go very low which is nice to pair with the sauna. The cold plunge was also clean and cold as it should be with another shower and soap to make sure you leave feeling clean, relaxed and happy.

I love the water bottle refill station and the many options/additions you can add to your water, the Dyson/red light, and the fact that it’s a private room for an hour long!
The staff was wonderful. They explained step by step and made it very comfortable as this was my first time. I enjoyed just relaxing than plunging was an experience in itself. I made made it through it, I will be going back.

Cleanliness
Kaylin, the manager at SweatHouz, delivers top-tier service. The 40° cold tub was ahhhmazing, the sauna rooms are big, spotless, and luxe, and the tiled showers are clean and boujie in the best way. The cold-hot therapy felt incredibly refreshing, calming, and exactly what my body needed. Highly recommend.
The customer service and the aesthetics was top tier
Recovery was great but the only issue is we had to start a half hour late due to someone staying too long in the room ahead of us. It caused us to reduce the amount of time we had. However, the attendants were super helpful and accommodating.
I liked the privacy and the overall feeling I got when I was done.

Both ladies at the West Midtown location were very sweet! Made my first time very enjoyable and I enjoyed my experience 10/10. I think this location really deserves the 2.0 upgrade so everything (sauna and cold plunge) are in one suite for you! I hope they get it soon!

I really like everyone that works there. They’re very friendly very personable. They keep the facilities very well maintained and clean. If you have a problem, they take care of it immediately they’re just great people and I would highly recommend it just for the people that work there then again I think there’s nothing better than having a good sauna and a cold plunge
