Facility was clean and I love the mats at the cold plunge which is less messy than using a towel on the floor. I called ahead about parking and that process was pretty easy, overall great experience.

The experience is incredible, that’s a given. Dani’s customer service however is exceptional. She goes above and beyond. She truly cares about client experience. The personal touch on top of contrast therapy has one leaving happy, healthy, and excited to come back for the next session.

The private plunge/sauna room is a premium experience and feel. Everything was clean and staff was friendly and helpful.
There was no wait time when we arrived. Just register and head to our suite. Staff was pleasant and courteous. Our suite was warm and dry and comfortable and clean.
I went to SWTHZ today and it was amazing! The plunge bath and infrared sauna were next level — such a refreshing and relaxing experience. The staff was so kind and attentive. I’ll definitely be back!
