SweatHouz was one of the highlights of my trip to Miami. The private suites are incredibly well thought out, with an infrared sauna, cold plunge, vitamin C shower, Bluetooth audio, a TV, and complimentary chilled towels infused with essential oils like lavender and peppermint. Everything was spotless, relaxing, and felt like a true reset.
The staff was welcoming and made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. I enjoyed it so much that I came back a few days later and brought my boyfriend so he could experience it too. The only downside is that I wish there was a location closer to home. If there were, I’d absolutely be a regular. Highly recommend!
As a mom of a 5 year old and 20 month old who works 50+ hours per week, works out every day, and tries to manage a house, I don’t think I’ve been more relaxed in 4 months and that was when I was on vacation. I enjoyed it so much, I purchased a membership. Maddy was great and was very patient with me. The place was super clean and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I 10/10 recommend this place.

I liked the versatility and the vibe the room had. The only recommendation I would say is that you should let future customers know that if they have a android phone they wont be able to connect to the tv/connect feature that was advertised and mentioned at the location. I spent over 5min trying to troubleshoot and for me personally I didnt want to waste the time I had already lost to ask for help. It was first time and definitely wont be my last. Amazing new experience and would recomend to anyone within fitness
