Suites are always clean & well-maintained. Everything is managed very well and runs smoothly. Molleigh is absolutely wonderful. She always goes above and beyond to make sure members are taken care of and feel heard. Anytime I have an issue Molleigh is quick to resolve without any questions. Most importantly she does all of this while smiling and providing a welcoming environment. She is a tremendous asset to the SweatHouz team and her hard work/dedication should never go unnoticed and needs to be recognized within the company. 10 out of 10 would recommend this location to anyone in the Mount Pleasant area.

I absolutely love SweatHouz! The contrast therapy itself is fantastic. Alternating between the sauna and cold plunge has made a real, positive impact on both my physical and mental health. The customer experience is great from start to finish, and having my own private sauna and cold plunge feels like a true luxury. On top of that, it's conveniently close to home and genuinely affordable. I can't recommend it enough!

The Customer Service was top-notch. I really love how clean it was. The sauna was my favorite. But I was glad that I was able to stay up to a minute in the cold plunge. It was refreshing and definitely needed.
