The studios are beautiful. They feel luxurious and are very comfortable. It’s wonderful having an hour to focus on yourself and benefit from the experience of contrast therapy. It may not be for everyone, but I’ll be back.

Everything was great. I like the set up and the process of scheduling a signing in was pretty seamless. The only negative, I had was that the infrared sauna that I used wouldn’t go above 155 despite setting it on 170 other than that everything else was perfect
This was my first time experiencing a sauna/cold plunge combo. My coworkers and I went in and had the place to ourselves for a team building event. I cannot recommend it enough. Their attention to detail is amazing right down to the vitamin c infused showers along with everything else you might need while you’re there. I highly recommend it and will be back very soon!

The private suite was outstanding. The lighting was a perfect environment. The sauna, shower and cold plunge exceeded my expectations. The facility is clean and the staff are friendly.
The gentleman that greeted us was terrific! I forget his name though. He was thorough in describing the amenities as well as the process. It definitely made me feel more comfortable as this was my first time there. I was there with my girlfriend and it was nice that he took the time to explain everything so she didn’t have to. The sauna was great and the showers right there were great. Loved the cloths infused with oils too. I got the peppermint and it was just right. The cold plunge was something that I’ve wanted to do, kind of like sky diving, and I’m glad I did it. A bit shocking at first but once I settled into the discomfort I really found the benefits! Really great experience!

The sauna with shower combo, love watching tv while using the sauna. Love the free standing infrared. I used that on my face. The staff is friendly, informative and kind. I was really pleased with the cleanliness of the studio and sauna.
