This was our first time here and had an amazing experience! We really were not sure what to expect and had the best time! When we arrived, we were promptly greeted, given the full rundown of how everything works and had the most relaxing hour! My son is a basketball player and received a LOT of benefit from the sauna and cold plunge as did my husband for his knee! It was a phenomenal experience and cannot wait to become member once we get closer to the area! Just a few things to note: I'd bring a pair of shower shoes if you have a spare as the gloor gets really wet... They provide shower caps, makeup removing wipes, body wash, shampoo/cond, face wash, hair dryer/straightener, hair ties and lotion! This place gets 10 stars!

We absolutely loved our time at SweatHouz! The facility was so clean and beautifully minimalist. Being able to watch TV and listen to music in the sauna was wonderful. The cold plunge was extremely rejuvenating, and their shower products were incredible too! The cold compress towels were truly wonderful. Miranda was so kind and inviting too! 15/10 experience - we loved it!
SweatHouz is one of my favorite places to go. I always leave feeling recovered and restored after contrast therapy. The staff is consistently welcoming, friendly, and make the entire experience even better.

From the time we walked in to the end. Everything was exceptional, the staff was excellent everything was sanitized, clean and spotless.
I liked the sauna and cold presses with the options of the essential oils. The receptionist/employees were friendly and explained everything to my mom and I.

The support to healthy living the space provides. From infrared sauna, to cold plunge and vitamin c shower. The unit was also clean, and provided the amenities needed, which is much appreciated.

I booked an introductory session for my spouse and me. The accommodations were nice, and the results were still felt 24 hours later. The cold plunge is a work in progress, but we enjoyed it as well.
