Erica was phenomenal through the entire time at SWTHZ she assisted me with parking details when I arrived. I was checked on time , proving me with a full walk through of amenities offered. She was very knowledgeable of sauna; recommendations; and how to set up my experience. At the end she provided me with details of packages and card for promo! Highly recommend SWTHZ midtown and everyone should have the Erica experience! I will be returning.

I liked everything the experience was great. Only thing I didn't like was that the location I went to didnt have everything in one room the cold plunge was in a separate room..

I like that the sauna and cold plunge are in the same room and as are counted as one visit. The days of having to go to one room then finish there get dressed go to another room …. And then loose 2 visit for the inconvenience! Blah blah blah. Best move you could have made is the new design!!!

Great facility, nice staff
The staff is so fun and welcoming. Room is always clean and I always feel so comfortable there. It’s one of my favorite places. Would recommend a cocktail cart with old fashioned ready to go on ice while I detox in the sauna. Just a fantasy
