The ladies at the front desk were very nice and they made me feel comfortable as it was my first time there. The facility was very clean and relaxing. I was very shocked that my body was able to produce as much sweat as it did lol! I didn’t think I would be able to tolerate it but I did! It was a great experience! 10/10!!

The entire experience was unique and very pleasant. Shio (not sure of spelling) met us and showed us around and he was wonderful.
Kayla was really informative and kind. Great customer service is hard to find these days but in addition to the great customer service, the sessions were impeccable. I WILL BE BACK.
From getting greeted when I come in to the comfort of the suites to feeling refreshed and relaxed when I leave, this is one health investment I have no regrets about!

Paige was fantastic. She asked about my comfort levels, experience with both services and my exercise habits. She gave a great summary of how the suite should be utilized in a very friendly way. I felt like I was talking to a friend! The facility was extremely clean. It’s a really cool experience and if I lived here I would continue to go.

I enjoyed everything from the Customer Service and the Sauna and Cold plunge. My expectations were met. The Convenience of setting up an appointment was very easy. Well worth the investment!
