I love the renovations how the cold plunge is right there with the sauna and a shower and you can conveniently do it as many times as needed.

I love the intimacy of the room, the option of Bluetooth, the cold plunge, the vitamin shower, the cold press towels to cool you down (plus they’re scented) and I love the staff. They inform you very well and they allow you to explore and enjoy your time. 10/10 would come again.
I like the environment very quiet and comfortable. The set up was great, I can use either sauna or cold bath and not committed to just one.
Selena, I think was her name, the beautiful Black young lady, was exceptional. We’re going to get a membership just because of her. She was very informative on all things Sweat Houz and was so kind. She explained everything and gave examples of what to do, even demonstrated how to safely get into the cold plunge tub. We will most certainly be back and I’m bringing my daughter next time. Selena made my and my husband’s experience top tier.

I liked the ambience and I really loved the shower.
It gave my partner and a peace of mind. Time to reflex and bond. The sauna was the best part because I like heat. We tried the cooling tub we failed lol. Will definitely be back to try again.
