Justin was very accommodating and kind throughout the entirety of my service, He accurately described the different therapeutic lights, and benefits; the correct way of using the cold rag, describing quick cooling points, which I used while in my sauna experience.
The Sauna suite was excellent and well kept, with different things you might need throughout your visit, the room was never muggy, overly humid, and had a pleasant odor.
Privacy and cleanliness
Everything was awesome. I love everything. Only issue is the room/ floor drains poorly. My shoes and gym bag got soaked. I understand water will get on floor but there is a drainage issue and water didn't flow toward drain. If I wore sandals and hung up my bag it would be no problem.

Customer service and clean environment
Very friendly and informative staff. They were very attentive showed me around and explained everything to me. The sauna and showers were clean and felt so good. You can also watch a show or music while in the sauna. I was so happy I got a package.

Exceeds expectations
The perfect way to recharge and relax. All while sweating out toxins and allowing my muscles recover. I walk out feeling fresh with glowing skin and my body ready to go again.

Incredible experience, the suite was extremely clean. The sauna/ cold plunge combination was exactly what I needed along with the vitamin C shower to refresh in between. I will definitely buy more sessions and recommend to my friends.
