It was such a neat experience! I loved the private room with the option to watch a show while sweating it out! Dim lighting calm atmosphere.. just perfect!

Having access to a shower, cold plunge, and sauna was great. The cold plunge was at a good temperature to get the effects as was th sauna. The shower was great to clean and freshen up between sessions and after.

Thanks for keeping parking free. Hot sauna at arrival. Towels warm and in place. Tv& remote worked. Hair dryer and flat iron available for afterwards. Facilities felt clean.

I don’t remember his name, but the worker there really explained everything well. The front end desk man it was very kind and friendly. My experience was also very neat. I like that you guys have a TV so I’m able to educate myself while enjoying the sauna. I did not try the cold plunge. I will do so next time.
