It was a unique and very relaxing experience.
Staff was very nice, friendly and accommodating.
This was my first time in the staff were extremely friendly and thorough with explaining how everything worked. The rooms in the environment were clean however, the cold plunge that was in my room must not have been cleaned since there was quite a bit of hair in the water as well as what look like lint clogging the water filter.
This will likely not affect my desire to visit in the future however, attention to detail is important to me

Everything was very calm and peaceful. The associate that checked us in was so nice and helpful. I don’t know his name but we came Wednesday 2/4 at 6:45 and he was wearing a black SweatHouz t shirt with rainbow letters. He was really nice and got us in right away. Also I liked the extra two minutes on the timer to give us time to get into the sauna. All the other locations start it at 60 mins and you lose time getting changed! Love that detail!

SweatHouz delivered a great experience from start to finish. The customer service was excellent, welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. The cold plunge was the highlight for me; it genuinely relieved my body aches and left me feeling refreshed. I will definitely be back.

Some was clean and modern. Staff were really helpful and polite. Only thing that made us laugh was the animal (lama) screen savers
