Staff was so nice and welcoming and explained everything so well! I think it would be helpful to provide info for what to bring (water, sandals, change of clothes). Also if possible to ask what temp you may want the sauna if you can preheat because ours never got up to 170 (where evidence shows the most benefits) and it took about 15-20 minutes to get up to 165. Overall loved the experience and will be back!

Tecca was fantastic, we did a trial bring-a-buddy after we saw it on Instagram - I feel like I could punch a hole in a wall! Fully body refreshed, pores are tight and skin is glowing. Will be back especially as it gets colder

The Manager that helped my husband and I was fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The sauna is amazing! The whole experience from the time we got there until we left was relaxing.
The personal sauna/cold plunge suites are the best; sized perfect for solo or partner therapy. The freedom to use the space how you please with the relaxation of having your own personal area was fantastic! The beauty bar in the back is such an added bonus. Overall, the location was convenient to get to with decent parking around. Booked our next appointment right away!
