I typically go to Sandy Springs Swearhouz 3-4 times a week and the staff is always great and the suites are always clean. I loved MC, our tour guide. Very wonderful and welcoming experience with making sure we knew exactly what to do and how to make the most of time. Also, I loved the spa smells within.

From booking my session, the session and leaving, everything was smooth and seamless. This was my second time at SweatHouz and I was give great advice before my session which made it amazing. I left feeling like a brand new man.

The facility was clean. The sauna got up to 175. The cold plunge was nice and cold. The staff was very kind, knowledgable, and professional.

I like that it is a private sauna and you can really zone out without having to be mindful of other people. I also liked that there was the option of the sauna and the cold plunge in the same room instead of having to pay for them separately. Let’s not forget that you can hook up your own music to the Bluetooth! That was a great addition.
