The receptionist was very knowledgeable and friendly! He explained everything to us in great detail and gave an amazing tour. We really appreciated being greeted with a smile and his welcoming spirit. Customer service can be very dull these days and it was a breath of fresh air to try a new experience with someone who actually likes their job and believes in the product. He explained the reasoning for the sauna and cold plunge very clearly! We don’t know his name, however he is a 21 year old man who worked on Saturday June 6 during our 4:00 PM booking! Thank you! We will be back!

The space contains everything that you need for the session. There's no moving from room to room or shared space. You can plunge as much or as little as you like during your alotted time. You can just use the sauna and no plunge.
The staff is super nice and accommodating. I've brought 2 guests there and they love it.
It is a great way to unwind in private.

The tour , the infrared sauna, the cold plunge tub ,the vitamin c shower , my lavender essential oil infused cloth , the suite .. Basically the whole experience! I will be back 🫶🏽

Great customer service
I workout every day and needed a break. The contrast between hot sauna and cold plunge was perfect. I was very relaxed after my visit and it was a great way to start my Friday morning!

I like the Customer Service provided by Emoni! She was helpful before I entered the building. I got turned around with the parking. She patiently provided directions as I navigated. I appreciated her calm demeanor and assessment of my needs as she skillfully lead me through the complete check in process. She provided thorough instructions on the sauna and the plunging tub offering suggestions to this first time customer. The ambience and privacy was serene. I felt at ease and safe, throughout the entire experience. The space was clean which is driver for me to book upcoming sessions!
