Experience at sweathouz was incredible! They let us do a group session with a few girlfriends we did the sauna for about an hour, then cold plunge. Felt so rejuvenated and relaxed after. Had a great time, and all employees truly catered to us and made us feel so taken care of. Will be recommending to people and returning! 10/10

Loved the Vitamin C shower! It made my skin AND hair feel incredibly soft. The cold plunge was exhausting, as well as the sauna with the red light therapy. I felt like I glowed all day. I opted for the 1st appointment of the day - so glad I because i still had the entire day to run errands etc. I will most definitely recommend to my friends and family!

The SweatHouz location in Allen is clean, well lit, and comfortable. The red light sauna temp was perfect and was set to my preference, not too hot. The oil infused cold rags are the perfect addition to cool down if the sauna gets too hot. The vitamin C shower left my skin soft and not dried out. Afterwards, I enjoyed the water massage bed with celuma red light. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.
Getting rid of toxins
Mya was very warm and welcoming. She knew a lot about the contrast therapy, so she was able to give me some tips on how to get the full benefits of my sessions. My room was clean, the environment was very relaxing. Overall I enjoyed every aspect of the contrast therapy. I felt amazing for the rest of the day.
Quality of service and the serenity of the room
The staff was very welcoming and the lighting in the room was perfect and I left feeling very relaxed and refreshed. I workout 3-5 times a week, this was the perfect recovery
Love the experience but wish the vents were cleaner and I burned myself quite badly on the inside of the sauna.
