It was a great way to relax, rewind, and recover. It is a great concept that is needed and should be used by every person that is active and lives a fit lifestyle. I likes the time limits we had and just the sauna and cold plunge itself

The staff was very welcoming, very personable and knowledgeable. Mason is an absolute jem! The space was clean and inviting. I really loved the sauna room and all the features in there. I wish the cold plunge had another step to get in, for a shortie like me, and was maybe a little longer so I could stretch my legs out when I sat down. Overall I enjoyed my experience.
Everything. The private suite is fully equipped for contrast therapy. First class sauna and cold plunge with private shower. Marisa even helped me find Blues music to my taste. She completely explained the entire process.

A lovely new place to relax. The infrared sauna was very enjoyable, and the atmosphere felt clean and calming. The staff were polite and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Also, the introductory price for the first visit is great value.
This has become my weekly date with myself to relax. The staff is friendly and it is always very clean. If I could come every day I would!!

I loved every aspect. The front desk team was incredible, they helped me get acclimated to the sign in process and during the orientation to the room they were incredibly helpful to understand heat levels to start and how to adjust temperature and lighting - what to expect and then next steps to the shower and cold plunge.
I want everyone I know to have this experience.
