I can't recommend this place enough. This is my ME TIME of the week, complete disconnect from the world and full relaxation. Absolutely love starting with a Vitamine C shower, 20 min of sauna and 5 minutes of cold plunge, I do this cycle twice and my body just feels so much better!! I always follow my sessions with red light therapy and electrolytes. This is hands down my favorite membership

The woman at the front desk was so nice and helpful. I’d never done this before and she explained everything in detail and assisted me in having a great experience. She was very friendly and answered any questions I had.

The ladies at the front desk were very nice and they made me feel comfortable as it was my first time there. The facility was very clean and relaxing. I was very shocked that my body was able to produce as much sweat as it did lol! I didn’t think I would be able to tolerate it but I did! It was a great experience! 10/10!!
