I felt like I was talking to a friend! The facility was extremely clean. It’s a really cool experience and if I lived here I would continue to go.

Relaxing and refreshing, nice amenities
I thoroughly enjoyed the experience from the minute I walked into the door. I was greeted by Jackie and another young lady, they were welcoming and upbeat. I was instructed to validate my parking and sign in. I was walked to my room and given the instructions on how things operated. The sauna was very relaxing and the cold plunge really shocked my body in a good way. Definitely pleased with my experience and would return.
