Dogtopia provides a caring environment with staff that are active in each area. Staff are highly attentive during each day and teach appropriate dog behaviors. Staff helped kennel train our rescue and have taught her to "dog". Our rescue dog had not been socialized. Dogtopia has helped her so much. They also provide nail trimming. We are very, very grateful!!
Friendly and really love the dogs. I know my baby is safe and having fun
Staff really cared about the dogs and answered all questions in a professional and friendly manner. Staff followed up with email after initial visit. Facility is clean and well run.

Cleanliness needs improved. My dog got 3 very serious infections in the 6 months he attending this location. He missed half of those 6 months due to illness. They claimed to address cleaning after I complained. They should have had this is place from start. I had to quit going as the last infection was very serious.

My dog loves going to dogtopia every week. The management is awesome, they make it fun for the dogs and their humans!
I will definitely use them again! My pup came back so happy and much more well manner for a six month old (entering teenage stage) than when I dropped him off. Clearly they know a thing or two about how to care for puppies!

Everyone (staff) at location is terrific! You can improve by:
Ensuring floors are adequately cleaned when dogs relieve themselves on the floor (my dog tends to roll in it / smell terrible). The staff does their best to 'clean' her, but .. maybe fence off a 'dog relief' area inside?
Offer nice promos like Dogtopia franchises do (for example: Sunday Fundays free IF your dog visits at least twice or three times in a week)

We were initially hesitant to start daycare with our new boy, Carl, but he absolutely LOVES it, and we have been so impressed with the staff and experience!
Carl is a 6-year-old dog who spent most of his life in a shelter, so we had some reservations about how he would adjust to daycare and being around other dogs. The staff completely understood our concerns, and it has been amazing to watch him FLOURISH. Being able to check on him through the webcams and see him adjusting, socializing, and becoming more comfortable has given us so much confidence in his social skills outside of daycare, too.
He comes home, eats dinner, and is so worn out that he immediately takes a long nap complete with BIG snores. He is always excited to walk into daycare, and I never have to convince him to go inside—which says a lot!
One of my favorite things is how quickly the staff got to know him. They knew Carl by name literally by day two and are always able to give us specific, relevant updates about how he is doing and who he is socializing with. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing that while we're at work, he's being well cared for, having fun, and getting all his wiggles out.
We've already recommended them to a friend with a new puppy, who will be starting once she's old enough. We couldn't be happier with how well Carl has adjusted!

My boy Finnigan loves to come to play with all his friends and see the staff to love up on him as well. The staff is super friendly and will fit your pup onto the schedule for any spa services, treats or special events with no issues. I can rest assured that he is well taken care of when I'm out of the area and he gets mad at me when we don't go as much as we used to with my new job. 🤣They treat the parents with respect and all pups as if they were their own! The cameras are great to peek in and see how my boy is doing and all the new girlfriends he makes (he is a ladies man!) ❤️ we love Dogtopia and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a daycare while they are at work or even use the boarding services for any planned work trips or vacations. My pup goes in tail wagging and happy grumbles with the leash in his mouth and he jumps out of the car before I can even get a good hold of him, he knows the direct way to go to work and will start to get super eager once we pull into the parking lot and he sees the staff waiting to greet him up front.
