The staff here has been nothing but kind and patient. I went for a "temperament" test to see how my Frenchie would do. Ive been everyday since! The daycare service has been an constant routine for Benny now. As we all know, Frenchies appreciate routines. It has made a definite impact on his behavior. JoJo loves daycare!! He has even recognized when I'm on the phone setting up an appointment and gets so excited. Everyone at Dogtopia is so sweet and loving towards the dogs. Between that and the affordability, I would definitely recommend their services to a friend.
I like the staff, and the environment. I've never seen a problem in the dog room as the staff members are diligent in watching for negative behaviors. I also like having access to the video feed to watch my dog during the day

I am so thankful for all of the team members at Dogtopia who help take care of my senior dog during my workdays. I get updates as to how his day was and I can tell the staff truly cares for each of the dogs who come to play!
This isn't a big enough space to write all the absolutely wonderful things I like about dogtopia. From the cleanliness and set up of the facility to the care that my dog receives and to the outstanding staff that is employed there. Each and every one of them feel like family and my dog Lacey absolutely loves going there. I feel comfortable leaving her overnight there and know she will be cared for and loved and leaving her at daycare and having her groomed is not only convenient but there's no stress taking her to somewhere else. I recommend Dogtopia to everyone that I know is looking for top quality care for their cherished pet.
I appreciate the staff and how well they take care of my Ritchie. Ritchie is high energy and when he comes home he is tired but happy. He enjoys going especially on theme days like Water Wednesday.

This facility is very accommodating. The staff is kind, considerate and great caregivers for our pets.
The check out process was disappointing because the pricing lacks transparency. I wasn't able to learn from the app or the booking confirmation the cost for the requested services. Because of that, I called for clarification and was given clear information on what costs would be. Due to the higher costs than expected, I modified the reservation. Upon check out I was charged a different amount than was given on the phone.
Also, the entrance hallway has a very strong odor and I don't remember the hallway being like that in past years.
The love and attention give to my dog were wonderful and appreciated!

AFTER DISCUSSING THE DROP OFF FOR MY DOG just FOR GROOMING, I NOW SEE THEIR POLICY AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB ON THE GROOMING SIDE, JUST KNOW THAT DOGTOPIA HAS TRIED TO EXPLAIN HOW THE MIXUP HAPPENED AND i AM SATISFIED WITH USING THEM. I WILL CALL AHEAD TO MAKE SURE THEY HAVE IMMEDIATE ROOM TO DO A GROOM BEFORE DROP OFF SO I DON'T GET CHARGED FOR DAYCARE. THEY MADE AMENDS AND WE ARE GOOD!
