Friendliness towards dogs and humans
Staff here in the Sinking Spring establishment have been so kind, caring, and knowledgeable that was important to me. Staff was high on my priority list, especially having staff in the play rooms so other dogs dont get bullied and or hurt my my large breed puppy.
The live stream videos to look in upon our pets from tme to time.
You offer a noon lunch feeding for puppies.
I like you that you offer a few things such as the bubbles, the teeth and agility days to change up the routines of daycare.
Especially like that you have items in the play rooms that give pets some other simulation besides just 4 walls. (Walking up steps the slides) This all helps developing paw, leg and balance coordination, especially in my puppy that is a large breed.

Amazing friendly people who genuinely care about my dog and show him love. The facility is clean and bright. Both boarding and daycare services are available. It’s a happy place!
My dog, Rebecca, is treated like family when she is there. The staff are always friendly and willing to give Rebecca her belly rubs and hugs. Rebecca is always excited on “school” days and exhausted when she gets home. It gives peace of mind to know my dog is happy and treated kindly when she is at Dogtopia.

Lola loves doctors. All the ladies that i have met are great!!! Lola starts barking as soon as we are at the red light !!!

Love Dogtopia. Lulu gets so excited just knowing she is going there in the morning. The staff is exceptional.
I love the attentiveness to everything going on there. The girls that greet you in the morning and at pick up are so friendly. And I can see by watching the video feed that the people in the room are making sure all the dogs are playing well and safe. I love bringing my little dog to Dogtopia!

For us we feel for our dog gets home away from home. Our dog is always excited to see the staff and they are very caring and take great care. It's a good feeling to know that when we board our dog, she is always super excited to go there. I really appreciate the time they take with us and especially when we've had some crazy schedules lately, they have been able to accommodate us. We feel so fortunate that we found dogtopia in Arlington heights for our dog. Thank you for everything you do!
