I like that the people at Dogtopia know who I am and who my dog is. When I drop off or pick up, I don't need to say who im picking up they know which dog is mine.
I also like the communication throughout the day, if needed they let me know if my dog got injured for any reason or send me updated on some photos.
The staff are remarkable, and incredibly caring. It shows everytime my furbaby visits, how excited she is to be there. More so, she says bye to everyone before she leaves, and sometimes fights to stay longer!
The friendliness and consistency of the staff and how much they adore my dog!
Harper seems to enjoy her time there. I appreciate the change to her schedule.
Something has changed at the Waco store. For years we have had great experiences there. Now it seems disorganized. Phone calls go unanswered, long lines form to drop dogs off in the morning, there is confusion with grooming appointment details, etc. The people who work there are still kind and respectful, but they are frazzled because things just aren't working as smoothly as they used to.

Carrie did a fabulous job grooming our Yorkie! We couldn’t be happier with the service. Also, check in and check out were fast and easy and staff could not have been more helpful answering my questions. You have a new regular customer.
What do we like....
1) Superb staffing - you can tell they are all "dog people" working there.
2) Access to Webcam - most doggy daycare facilities do not provide the ability to actually see your dog playing and having fun.
3) On site grooming - they do a wonderful job with our sometimes NOT so cooperative pup getting him fresh and clean and even getting his nails cut!
4) Pricing - they are reasonable priced and worth every penny
5) Our dog is so excited to get there in the morning and the best part is..... he is totally exhausted when he gets home from playing so hard with all his friends all day.
Highly responsive, and the staff clearly know dogs and like dogs.
Staff is super friendly and love the dogs, They know each one by name. The whole facility is clean and very well taken care of, The dogs love it there.

I’m not sure how much this could be controlled or prevented but my dog gets kennel cough every time he attends daycare. This past visit he got an eye infection.

I used Dogtopia of White Flint for daycare and boarding my pug, Molly for the last 4 years. We just recently moved to another state and it felt like we were moving away from family. Molly was so excited to go to daycare every week and could not wait to get out of the car. She loved the staff and the manager Greg. I know that from how she greeted the staff when she got checked in. Seeing her wag her tail with excitement told me how comfortable she was with the staff. They treated her like she was their own. They became like family and were always there to help with boarding, especially during emergencies. I highly recommend Dogtopia of White Flint! Thank you so much!!
I loved the care that my dog received.
I love the staff. They always greet you and your pup like they’re so happy to see you. My pup gets so excited to see them. They plan all kinds of activities that stimulate the dogs (and make us mom & dad’s feel good)… especially when we get gifts our pup has made. I love this place and am so happy to have a safe, clean, fun and friendly place to bring my dog.

Make the rooms bigger there are a lot of dogs in a small space
Everything, the daycare is amazing with how they get to play, be loved on, and how they get to take naps during lunchtime and not get bothered. The spa is great with everything that is included you don’t get that any where else. Also, the dog training with how it is very informative and Junior is one person that is great in training.
