1. The premises are clean and well-kept.
2. Dogs are all vaccinated and screened for good behavior, so I don't have to worry about my little dog bringing home an illness or injury.
3. Dogs are grouped by size and "play style," so my little dog won't be intimidated.
4. There is always someone in the room with the dogs, just in case.
5. The staff is wonderful.
But most of all, Zoë LOVES going to Dogtopia!
Dogtopia of Atascocita absolutely exceeded my expectations! From my initial Instagram inquiry to the follow-up call the very next day, the communication was TOP TIER.
John, the owner, and his entire team are outstanding. Every single person I encountered was welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Julie, my Pet Parent Relations Coordinator, was absolutely amazing. I had an urgent need to get my pup groomed, and she listened to my concerns and somehow made it happen THAT SAME DAY!
The meet-and-greet and tour were thorough, informative, and easy to understand. I really appreciated being able to see the different areas, understand the evaluation process, and even watch my pup on camera. That level of transparency gave me so much peace of mind.
My pup was able to enjoy a free play day, participate in the day’s activities, socialize, and get her haircut, all in one visit. I was honestly so comfortable leaving her there because I knew she was in great hands.
And when she got home? BABY WAS TIRED! 😂 She was completely worn out from all the activity, playtime, and social interaction, which let me know she had a full day of fun.
Dogtopia of Atascocita has definitely earned my trust. The communication, customer service, attention to detail, and genuine care for the pets and their parents are unmatched 🐾❤️.

I love everyone that works at Dogtopia. It has been wonderful for both Daisy Mae and me. On occasion Daisy has spent the night and has been well cared for each time. All the employees love puppies (dogs) and it definitely shows in the care of the dogs and the cleanliness of the facility.
Sometimes when I ask for curb service, they always accommodate my request; i also use Leash from time to time to pick up and deliver and that has been a blessing for me. They have special treat days and it makes for fun with the pups. Very entertaining.
With the camera capability, I am able to check on Daisy at various times of the day and have never found reason for concern. I highly recommend this particular Dogtopia and rate it as excellent.
Easy check in and check out process each day for daycare. I loved watching my dogs on webcam and they sleep well at night!
Everyone I have worked with is friendly and professional, love how I can make an appointment for daycare the week of needing it! Love how I am not stuck to certain days for daycare, I can change it if needed! Dog seems to enjoy going. Wish they could get outside though!
We started taking our 2 dogs a few months ago bi-weekly to help with socialization. Staff was super friendly and able to work with us (the dogs were slow to open up). Since then, our dogs look forward every other week to their daycare. Our largest one, has really grown to like the staff and loves the dogs. He is usually slow to open up to people. I would highly recommend Dogtopia Southbay. The team is great, super friendly and informative. They're also great on communicating various things happening onsite and provide consistent updates. You can feel relaxed leaving your pets there.
Everyone I’ve met on staff is very personable and courteous. They take excellent care of my pup, whether it’s a day of play or an overnight stay. I really like that they have webcams for both indoor and outdoor spaces. Most importantly, my pup LOVES going to Dogtopia. To me, that says it all.
A great place Someone is always in the room with the dogs and great keeping the room clean.
And normal can book him the day before or day of and they have room.
I’m really disappointed with my recent experience with Dogtopia.
I had scheduled grooming appointments for both of my dogs and arrived only to get no answer at the door. I called and texted while I was there and received no response. I eventually left, and no one followed up afterward to apologize or reschedule.
I had to call back myself to explain what happened. I was apologized to and told I would receive a discount for the inconvenience. I brought both dogs back for their rescheduled appointments, but when I checked out, I was charged full price. I reminded the staff about the promised discount and was told they didn’t know how to apply it, but that I would be refunded once the appropriate person came in.
I then received a receipt showing the full charge. I emailed again asking for the issue to be corrected and have still received no response.
At this point, it’s not even just about the discount. It’s the repeated lack of communication and follow-through. I gave Dogtopia multiple opportunities to make this right, and unfortunately the customer service has been very disappointing.
People are always the best, Zoe loves going and we love picture days!

Dogtopia is the blue-ribbon winner for dog boarding and daycare in Omaha, Nebraska. In my former career, I was a Pet Transportation Specialist, and I dropped off and picked up pets from your facility. No matter the dog or the Dogtopia locations, each dog would excitedly whine on the pull up to the door and bat their tails like windshield wipers as I brought them into your business. Every staff member, no matter the location, was professional, friendly, and pawsitively in love with each dog.
I personally have 13+ years as a former professional pet sitter/dog walker and as a pet transportation specialist; I highly recommend Dogtopia for all dog pawrents to give t heir fur babies the Dogtopia experience.

Bringing our Australian Shepherd to you has been one of the best decisions we have made for her. She comes home tired in the best way, happier, and clearly well cared for.
What stands out is how you treat the dogs as individuals, not just as a group to get through the day.
The facility itself feels clean, safe, and built for dogs who actually like to move.
