I like the fact that activities are done with the dogs and a quick report on what they did that day. It includes who my dog interacted with, how they ate, and how they played that day.

Booked a drop off time using the app for 8pm. Last drop off time was at 7pm and there was no one at the front desk. Created incessant panic and scramble. Eventually someone came but didn’t know how to check in and barely even asked for my name.
If your last drop off time is 7pm. Don’t allow at 8pm reservation!

The staff in Yorktown is so friendly and they know the dogs and their parents on site. My dogs’ tails start wagging the moment we get out of the car and when they get home, they are so sleepy after all of the activity. I tried the grooming service and it was so convenient to have them bathed while they were already there saving me a trip elsewhere and it was affordable. I’ve recommended Dogtopia several times.

Everyone there was beyond nice!! They were soo friendly and helpful! The places seemed clean and organized. I absolutely love how they handle the dogs! They do things with the dogs (like pictures with Santa!) they always have someone in the room with the dogs at all times and that you have access to the webcams! I will definitely be bringing my boy back here!!
The employees are easy to converse with and they really care about our dogs.

1-The expense was slightly more than I expected.
2-My dog did not look or smell as clean and fresh as I had hoped. ( her white was not bright white)
3- also noticed later that day that they must of nicked her ear because she had dried blood on it.
The staff is fantastic. They make the dog and owner feel comfortable each and every time.
Very kind and professional staff! Took my dog, Dozer, in for deshedding, bath, and ear cleaning. They did a great job. We’ll definitely be back.

The Santa Photo for $15 was horrible! Santa is holding my dog around his neck and it looks like he is choking him! I would like a refund!
