Price
All of the employees show a genuine caring spirit towards all dogs in their charge. They are very friendly and welcoming. They go out of their way to help with scheduling accommodations.
Their play areas are kept very clean and large enough to let all the dogs play! They play together and get along well.
I enjoy the ability to sign in and watch the dogs from time to time during the day.

Excellent service. Very nice people and makes you feel so comfortable and very happy with picking this amazing daycare place. Luna is part of their doggy daycare, and even she seems happy.

Everyone is very friendly. My dog is very happy and well cared for . I am able to check on her during her time there via the webcam and she is always having fun and being treated very well!
Anubis had a wondeful time in boarding and the staff is so sweet! He didnt want to leave lol He got hugs from everyone at pick up.
Both of my pups (Beau + Rey) caught kennel cough. I think it‘s extremely well run and organized and just unfortunate that they both became sick
The staff is so welcoming and friendly and treats my dog as if it was their own! My dog loves spending days at Dogtopia hanging out with her friends. She comes home utterly exhausted and it keeps her chill for the next day too! So worth it. Highly recommend!

For Sherman, we have communicated multiple times that he needs to be in a suite overnight and not in a crate. One instance at this location resulted in him attempting to break out of a crate he was left in, which left him with an open wound on his nose. On two other occasions, including this past Friday, he was placed in a crate for his overnight stay and only moved when I saw this on the camera and quickly called before closing. This happened even though, at drop off, the Dogtopia team was reminded not to put him in a crate. When I called on both occasions, I was told there was a miscommunication and that there is a note in his file however, it keeps happening. Ideally, we shouldn’t have to login and check the cameras before close every night to make sure he’s not in a crate. The amount of times we’ve communicated this at the time of booking, at check-in, and repeated calls after check-in/right before closing should easily result in him being in a suite overnight, but for some reason, that doesn’t seem to be the case.
Ari and the team are fantastic! The only thing we feel is lacking is staffed over night, this is why Zion never has over night stays/boarding. We just don't leave home without him due to lack of boarding options in Tucson. We have cameras at home too- so it would be the same as paying to stay at Dogtopia in terms of supervision and safety in our minds for overnight stays. Zion is excited to go to daycare and have community nap time and play time with his friends; human and dog!
Great costumer service, love the cameras and the attention to my pups needs. I was able to watch my dog, see how she was interacting with the staff and other dogs. She was so clean after her spa day and her nails looked amazing!

Meeka was at day care yesterday... she came home with what looked like a grey 'dust' of dirt in her coat. Was there something outside she got into? Also, she smelled like urine- she had to have a bath. Is it possible the floor was not mopped up properly?

Janie & Frankie love coming to Dogtopia. Everyone is friendly and they love being there. They always come back exhausted and happy! Also appreciate being able to check on them during the day via camera too.
They are great. Staff is wonderful, they treat Cooper like he was their own. Cooper loves going to Dogtopia he has been going since he was 4 months old. He is now 6 perfect for socialization with other dogs. This way when I'm at work, he is not just lying on the couch at home. Even the spa treatment was great they did a great job of getting rid of the extra hair he had and really cleaned him up, nails and all.
Super friendly staff. Willow is always soooooo excited to spend the day there with her friends.
