My dog is well taken care of by the staff at Dogtopia. The facility itself is top notch and the staff go above and beyond. I am notified of anything that goes on with my dog as well as any concerns that are noticed specifically about my dog's well being and health. I appreciate their care very much.
We’ve tried a lot of dog daycares, and this is the first one my dog is genuinely excited to go to. He practically drags me inside every time. The staff clearly care and treat the dogs really well. The memberships are also a great deal. Easily our favorite daycare we’ve found.
My pup was happy and all tired out when I picked him up! Staff were kind and helpful at drop off and pick up.
Grooming cost going from $70 to $110 is a big leap. The communication between the groomer and other staff isn't good. They seemed unsure if the price was right but said the groomer has the prices in her phone so unhelpful to them.
The staff was very friendly however and the groomer does a really great job. I would love to keep going there but will probably price check around.
Dogtopia is a great place for our dog to socialize and play. It provides a very clean, safe, and friendly atmosphere. Our dog is excited for her "doggy daycare" days and comes home from each visit happy and relaxed. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous.
I'm a huge fan of every single employee and all the services - I love Dogtopia CityLine at the Shire
People are friendly there, you can check in on your dog via video, and you can just bring your pet in without an appointment which is very convenient.
The staff customer service is top tier. They truly have a passion for each dog that is present.

The atmosphere
Dogtopia Gilbert is an amazing place. They take care of your pups like they were of their own. They have dog-loving pup care takers who don't bat an eye at doping what they need to do to make you pup comfortable and happy. My dog can sense when I'm getting close to them and gets exited as we get closer. Once we enter the waiting room, he pulls in the direction of the inner door as if not wanting to wait until he's inside one of their care rooms. He truly enjoys being there. What else can a dog owner want but a trusting place where your pup is handled as if he were one of their own? Recommend it highly to anyone in need of daycare or boarding. Paul Rosete
