Our dog, Ali, LOVES it there! She is so excited to go and play and she comes home exhausted! She's part Jack Russell, so she arrives with lots of energy. It is clean and the staff is delightful!
Best dog care ever! Great staff, very clean facility, and my pup loves it there. Did I mention grooming? One stop shop. Great grooming as well!

Every employee has been super helpful in trying to get our high energy dog used to interacting with other dogs. They've gone above and beyond to integrate him into playtime.
Have more perks for the founding dogs. Make the activities that are provided day to day not seem like a money grab. Maybe lower the prices of agility or include the video for free.
Staff is friendly, conscientious, and caring. My very shy pup is gradually learning how to play with other dogs and get comfortable with other humans. He loves his daycare days.

I love everything about the services at Dogtopia. Everyone is very friendly and makes me and my dog feel welcome. I know that they take good care of her and spend time playing. I’m grateful for this place.
Better service with cameras
Great staff and location! Cameras have been down for about 2 months now is the only downside to services lately

The employees are like a family they work well together / they’re animal lovers good to the dogs making sure they’re safe and they have a lot of fun things to do for them like the flavored bubbles and pictures celebrating their birthdays and everyone is so nice to talk too very friendly ❤️
The staff at Dogtopia greet my dog by name, and take great care of him. It’s nice to know he is loved and cared for when he is there.
Close to my home so it is easier to drop off and pick up and also enjoy that you guys have a webcam where I can check and see my puppy playing and enjoying himself. The staff members are also very nice and courteous. I would like to ask if Dogtopia planning to have more activity for the dogs. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Our dog, Reggie, loves DogTopia. She loves seeing all of her dog and human friends, eating tasty dog snacks and playing all day.
The staff all genuinely love dogs and seem to love what the do. My pup has the best time at doggie daycare!
My dog smelled horrible and his paws were wet and dirty! Seemed to have poop on his face!
From day one our impressions was, this was one of the best dog care services we had ever been to. The staff are so friendly and they really genuinely care about our dogs as if they were their own. The facility is so clean and I never worry when I drop them off.!
The people especially Dave are caring cheerful and great with my pup, Harper. Harper has been going to Dogtopia in South Elgin for 5 years now. We both love it.

I've only used the grooming services. Heather, and the others are great. The staff is friendly and scheduling has always been easy.
