My mini schnauzer, Otis, loves Dogtopia. He gets excited when we pull into the parking lot. The staff is always friendly and helpful and Otis is always excited to see them and loves the attention they give him. I like that I can see him playing on the cameras. This makes me feel better when I can see how they are running things and see how he's being treated.
I cannot say enough amazing things about this doggie daycare! From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt welcomed like family. Every single employee is absolutely awesome. They are kind, professional, attentive, and genuinely love what they do. You can see it in the way they interact with the dogs.
Most importantly, they make my dog feel completely at home. That peace of mind is priceless. I know when I drop my pup off, they’re not just being watched, they’re being cared for, loved on, and treated like one of their own.
Updates on how their visits were either daily, weekly, or monthly. Also it would be nice to know if the dog has specific friends they get along with to connect with owners. I also enjoyed the picture opportunity for VDay and more opportunities should be available to bring home memories if not already doing so. Staff is wonderful and super friendly!
The facility is clean and safe. Staff are friendly and well trained.
The staff is friendly, kind and responsive. They're always excited to see our dog and we know he's well cared for while there. He always comes home exhausted.

I have always been hesitant to take my dogs to a facility with so many other dogs, but wow am I impressed with Dogtopia!! I feel safe leaving my dogs in the hands of experienced handlers. You do get what you pay for because I can trust my dogs will be taken care of and that alleviates so much stress as someone who works longer hours. Dogtopia ensures they maintain the appropriate handler to dog ratio ensuring safe play amongst all the different groups of dogs in attendance.
We love Dogtopia. It’s so great to have a reliable place to bring and board our pet. Sometimes I think she likes it better than our home lol.
I enjoy using Dogtopia because the staff is very friendly & professional to me and my dog. It’s a very clean environment. My dog seems to really enjoy her time there and interacting with the staff and other dogs. The hours are good and prices and service services are excellent. I like the themes and activities they do monthly .
Love that the dogs have open play and an outdoor space. The communication with the Dogtopia team is fantastic and they are very aware of dog comfort levels, temperament, and personalities.

The staff is absolutely outstanding!! Alexis and Lindsay are especially fantastic. I love the activities they plan and that they care about our family as well as our dog. Knowing my dog has a safe place to go that he loves makes leaving him easy. The facility is clean and welcoming. The prices are reasonable and billing is simple and straightforward.
Max loves to go there and the staff are amazing. They keep me informed of any issues with Max or other dogs. We appreciate the communication. Thank you Clifton Park Dogtopia.
Everyone is so friendly and helpful and really cares about every dog that comes. It’s easy to call and get answers to any questions I have, and the staff is always explain the rules and are so good with my dog, Riley, and he loves them!
Staff is friendly and so good to my puppies
they are very good to my dog, and my dog is so excited when we’re on our way there to play with her friends. It is fantastic socialization as well as growth and development and if we do go out of town, we know she loves it there and she knows we’re coming to get her so she doesn’t feel bad but it’s a great place for her to play
The people are amazing. Shadow absolutely loves coming in. She gets so excited when we walk in and won't leave without goodbye head scratches.
This place makes me so comfortable to leave her because I know they truly love the dogs.
Our pup, Conway, always has a great time at Dogtopia! Alex and Shiloh are awesome and we love the report cards and pictures!

GiGi started her play dates at Dogtopia when she was seven months old in March 2022. She has been a faithful member all these years!
And She celebrates four years playing with her besties at Dogtopia ❤️. We love the staff and GiGi has developed many doggie friends.
Her first boarding was in May of 2022. Dogtopia took such great care of GiGi. I never worry about my little girl GiGi while she plays at Dogtopia.

The drop off and pick up
The entire staff is very welcoming with our dog. They know his name and are always attentive to his needs. They have engaging games to work their minds and plenty of room to run and play.
