The staff! They are the best- they treat the dogs as their own. They are professional, flexible, accommodating, organized and thorough! Myrtle Ave is the best location!

I like that we can check in on our pups via webcam. they are well supervised, the play areas and crates (just for rest time) are clean and equipment in good repair.

We love the people at Dogtopia! They are great! But check-in and check-out remains extremely frustrating at peak times. 20-30 minute wait last Saturday morning for check-in. Insane. Need more help at front desk. Extremely frustrating that management won't do anything to address this obvious / well-known issue. Also, dog continues to eat gloves out of trash cans. She's weird and it's gross, but trash shouldn't be accessible to the pets.
Kerbee is a quirky and anxious little boy and doesn't like anything they interrupts his home life. The staff at Dogtopia is so good with Kerbee and making sure he's comfortable and having a good time in his daycare days
Thank you for everything the Dogtopia does to keep my dog happy, safe and having a blast at daycare. He LOVES to come to daycare and you are his extended family. Out boarding experience was also fantastic. You all work very hard and still manage to have fun with our pets. My wall of pics from your photoshoot reminds me of how much fun he's having when I can't be with him - no guilt!! Much gratitude!
staff are personable, kind to dogs, seem to know which dogs play well with others. My dog appreciates the large play room instead of being in a cage for daycare. She appreciates the quiet time in her crate.

The entire Dogtopia crew here has been great for us for the past year and a half. Our pup has so much fun playing there and they make us feel like he's a part of the family. The always greet us when we walk in the door and make an effort to remember us. We highly recommend this Dogtopia location.
I wish days could roll over into the next week. If I can’t bring my dog in one week I wish I could just bring him twice the next week. I also wish the pick up times were extended- I work 12-13 hour shifts so I couldn’t pick up my dog until 8pm, I may have to cancel my membership with Dogtopia since the whole reason for daycare is so he has something to do while I’m gone all day.
The staff at Dogtopia are incredibly friendly and kind. They know my dog as if he’s part of their own family. Our pup trusts everyone there — and so do we. Every morning we drop him off knowing he’s loved, safe, and truly cared for. It’s an absolutely fantastic place!

All the staff were nice. We went on a 2 week vacation and needed to find boarding for our one year old puppy. He had never boarded before. We tried another daycare on the West Bank who was also a vet. We weren't impressed. I found Dogtopia through a Google search and, boy, am I glad I did. After two meet and greets, Dutch was ready to hang out with his new buddies. He enjoyed it. And we enjoyed out long sought vacation without the worries about Dutch. Thank you again Dogtopia. We will be back.
The concierge to get Evie out and into the car is nice, even though she's not thrilled with the leaving part. Being able to check in on the cameras is really comforting, so I can see how she's progressing. I also like the individual suites vs. wire crates. Evie is a crate chewer, so the glass door is great. The staff are always nice and upbeat. I've recommended you guys to a few of my other dog parents who are looking for a safe space for their pups.

Such a great service. My dog Juniper loves her play time. Shes going on 2yrs old and is full of energy, so the time here is definitely needed. I love being able to watch her play throughout the day on the live camera. 10/10 recommend
