Everything!!!
We love bringing our dogs here. We can see them on the live stream, playing with their friends. The social media posts and photo shoots are so much fun. I know the staff know and care for my dogs. Thanks!
The staff was very friendly, thoughtful and patient with my dog (and myself)! The staff was thorough with the walk thru and explaining all the different services offered and how a typical day for my pup would look like - thank you!

Open play inside and outside all day. Dogs are happy to see people and go to daycare which indicates they are cared for and not mistreated. There are special days of fun events throughout the month which is very nice.
The love and care that each and every employee displays with each and every dog that comes to Dogtopia. The staff will go above and beyond to be accommodating to the needs of the dog. Cleanliness is a top priority. Walking into the front showroom, every dog parent is treated like family!!! AA+++ facility.

The staff are excellent and I value the camera so I can always check in on my pup! The theme days are so fun also--Meatball Monday, crafts for Father's Day, summer fun, prom, Halloween, and much else.

What don’t I like?? My pup comes home happy, relaxed and well cared for! I especially love being able to view her on the webcam daily!
We know, without a doubt, that our dogs are as safe and as loved at Dogtopia as they are at home with us. This is the third dog daycare that we have used and by far the BEST! Safety and love- those are the two things that matter most..... and Dogtopia Downtown Orlando knocks it out of the park everyday for our two babies!
Everyone is so friendly and great with your dog. They treat them like their own and remember their quirks, highly recommend.
Mostly everything I however, feel that someone should be there overnight just in case one of the dogs get sick
Very friendly staff, our dog loves it there. It would be nice to have camera in each room, like some boarding places, so we can watch our dog after hours.

Easy interview process, super friendly staff, even our shy dog had fun.
Always remember my dog, Harley. Very gentle and kind to Harley in my presence. Send updates when Harley is staying with them, including photos. Offer snacks and spa options. Have a routine daily schedule...structure that is good for dogs.
They are so great with our dog and very helpful to work with
I chose this place to ensure the safety of my puppy. The cameras on the app did not seem to work well and constantly looped. I thought it was my phone and had two other people try from their phones and it did the exact same thing. Second, I told staff to provide my dog with a bowl to eat which they didn’t. My dog was there for hours and nothing was provided for her.
