The access to webcams, information I received after my meet and greet regarding what to expect after the first day of daycare, this helped a lot.
The only thing that was a misunderstanding in my experience was the 3 free days after your meet and greet. That it expired one week after our meet and greet. I understood it as I had 3 free days to use before my pet came for boarding which was 2 weeks and 4 days after our meet and greet.
Otherwise my experience had been exceptional!
Great staff, very welcoming. They helped Tango feel more comfortable as he was nervous at first.
Friendly and caring for the dogs
Haven has a great time playing with other dogs! Everyone seems very nice and accommodating.
Service is amazing and my dog loves it there. I wish I could afford to bring her there more.
I will not be recommending or taking my dog back ever again ! I want a refund for her last stay.
She came home with a cut on her ear with dried up blood on it as well as a small cut/ tooth puncture? On the back of her neck with dried blood all over it . No one has responded to my requests of what happened exactly . No one could give me information when I picked her up . Still have yet to get a call back from anyone with information. Not to mention from the looks of the live stream video while she was there the procedures when something happens don’t look like they were followed at all . My dog was locked in a crate in that room for an extended period of time after the incident as if she was in the wrong for what happened meanwhile all other dog/s was still free playing in the room !

Our dog is always so happy and tired (in the best way) after spending a day at Dogtopia. Drop off and pick up are very easy, too.

The staff were great, friendly, caring and loved my dog. However, at my dog’s first day, she was mounted on by one dog the entire day. It got to the point on the video that I almost called to ask the staff to intervene. It wasn’t until the end of the day that the other dog was put in a crate. At that point my dog ended up having a good time. I don’t think I will be returning with my dog to this facility due to the experience my dog had on her first day.
Outstanding management & staff. Treats my baby girl like she's their own. My baby girl loves it when its DD (Daycare day).
Friendly and respectful people. My girl looks forward to joining in the fun. She is very tired at the end of each day. Bonus: they have celebrations and activities each week!

I was very nervous about sending my pup (Archie) to doggy daycare. He’s very sweet but very timid around other dogs. DogTopia does an excellent job at keeping all the dogs safe while also letting them explore and sniff their surroundings! Archie loves it!! He’s making friends and burning through his puppy energy. I love that I can watch him throughout the day and see him interact with other dogs of all sizes. After a long day at work, theirs is seriously nothing better than picking him up and seeing his little, tired face light up when he sees me!!!
Ava has been amazing and very patient with Archie (and me) while we go through this transition.

Dogtopia management should be complimented for operating a wonderful doggie-daycare. Their staff is the most important part. They are always excited to greet Buddy in the mornings with genuine care. This love in turn lets me know that my dog is safe and in good hands for as long as he will be there. Thank You
Very friendly and thorough; gentle with our dogs and we could tell that our dogs enjoyed going there. One of our doxies is quite wary of new people and other dogs but they put her at ease and she was excited to go the second time- a very good sign of their care.

Transparent about services and facility which makes it easy to consider this location. Welcoming and open communication. The protocol of checking the mental and physical health of each pet. Most importantly the camera and flooring material.

The staff are so caring and helpful! They truly seem to care about our dogs. I love watching the webcams and being able to text them when I think my dog needs a break.
The comfort and joy that it brings my Cassie girl! She looks forward to seeing her friends and enjoy having fun. The staff is also very amazing and very friendly. They bring a smile and great vibe when you enter and drop off your dog. Highly recommend.

The staff is the best and show a true love for our pet.
My dog loves it at Dogtopia and races to get in. I like it that they immediately greet her by name and take her to the Romper room. It is clean, safe and someone is always in the room with the dogs.
