EVERYTHING!!
You have the best staff...caring, friendly, invitiing, and experienced in the many behaviors of our fur children.
The facility is always spotless and smells wonderful (and so does my pup when he comes out!).
My dog has NEVER been sick as a result of his daycare visits. I know it happens and is near impossible to prevent (just like a sick kid going to school!), but your team takes such incredible precautions and care to make sure our pets are in the best of care.
Our dog Charlie is very stubborn and fearful of everything - but he is at the door ready to go as soon as I say "daycare?" He knows exactly where he's headed and is excited about it. This is a first from the 4 day care centers we've used. He's a nut case when we pick him up becuase he's excited to tell us about his day. He obvioulsy has a LOT of fun because he snores so loud we have turn up the volume on our TV!
If I could give this location/team 100 stars, that would be more accurate. I love my dog so much it's ridiculous and I am so relieved that I have such a wonderful place to take him so I can get on with my daily routine.

Everyone is so friendly and seems to genuinely like their jobs. It puts me at ease knowing I can trust my dog at Dogtopia. Appointments are easy to make as well.
It’s been great bringing my dog in. Everyone is always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seems to care, which makes a big difference. I haven’t had a bad experience so far, and I always feel like my dog is in good hands when he’s there.
One thing I really appreciate is how communicative the staff is. They always give me updates when I pick him up, and if they ever notice any concern, like redness in his skin or ears, they let me know right away. Anytime there has been any issue, I’ve been contacted immediately, which gives me a lot of peace of mind and shows how closely they pay attention.
The agility days are definitely a highlight, and I love getting a message when they’re about to start so I can pull up the app and watch if I’m available. It’s also a huge plus that I can check the cameras whenever I want. The spa services are another added bonus and make everything even more convenient. Overall, I feel like my dog is well looked after, closely monitored, and cared for throughout the day, and that level of attention really stands out.
Everyone is so nice and welcoming. My dog is so happy going to Dogtopia and gets to burn off some of her puppy energy! She is a therapy dog and loves her play days here! Thank you for being so good to my puppy.
I love being able to bring my dog somewhere where she can play or relax. The staff is attentive and she is always excited to go to daycare.
Extremely friendly staff and clean facilities. Our dogs get so excited when they go and come home exhausted! Highly recommend!
Came back with left hip issue (big inflamed mass) in hind leg. And previous stays had skin ripped off paws, and kennel cough…

Staff is great and so attentive. You can really tell the staff love what they do and care for the dogs like their own. It makes it easier to leave your dog for the day!!!

1. I wish you were able to feed the dogs once besides the set AM time.

Milo, Tobi and Rocky seemed to have had a great time there. While I'm sure they were sad to be apart from me for so long but they seemed to have had fun.

Daisy loves coming every day. She is waiting at the door in the morning waiting for us to leave. She runs in to daycare and doesn't look back. Comes home happy and tired

We absolutely adore our Dogtopia family. When we arrive, everyone seems genuinely happy to be there and to see us and the pups.
One of our pups didn't have a great life before getting removed from being a stud at a puppy mill. He had no idea how to be a dog and was scared of everything. He's come a long way and they deserve a lot of the credit. They helped him come out of his shell. They also helped us build our confidence.
I trust the crew to take good care of them. While there are cameras, I don't feel the need to check. When we pick up the pups they share any updates and are such kind people. I'm so glad we found Dogtopia.
Plus, the photo shoots and crafts are hilarious and being us joy!

My dog Sophia does not like leaving the house, but she feels very safe there and I feel she’s safe with your staff… I love the fact I can’t get on the app and try to watch her… She’s a bit of a freak but she’s adorable… Lol lol
