We’ve had such a great experience at this Dogtopia location. Every single person I’ve interacted with has been nothing short of amazing. All professional, attentive, and genuinely loving toward the dogs. You can just tell they’re not just doing a job. They really do care.
Meiko has a bit of separation anxiety, so we’re very intentional about where we bring her. From day one, the staff made her feel safe. And the biggest proof? Every time I drop her off and pick her up, she’s in such a happy, relaxed mood. That says everything.
Peter has also been fantastic. Very communicative and clearly passionate about what he does.
It gives us real peace of mind knowing Meiko is in good hands. Highly recommend.
Everything is clean and my dog seems happy to go and be there.

Cocoa gets so excited when she sees her overnight bag packed up for several nights at "Camp"!
She seems to be enjoying her time there when we check in by camera. She's a little "shy" so she does more watching than joining in. She treasures any and all attention from the attendants.

The team is amazing ! From the first greeting to caring for our Ava throughout the day and when we pick her up at the end of the day. We know she is in loving hands!
My dog has alot of anxiety problems but he still goes to Dogtopia and enjoys it!
My wife and I like the convenience of Dogtopia being so close to our workplace. We also know that our pup Bentley will be well cared for by all of the awesome coaches and staff at Dogtopia. Boarding and grooming services are also available as we take advantage of both. Bentley actually gets excited when we pull in to drop him off,which is really a cute thing to see.

It is obvious that everyone who works there loves dogs! My pup gets so excited when you sees that we are pulling up to Dogtopia and she comes back exhausted. So, I know that she has an awesome time while she is there!
Our dog, Tuppy has the best time at your day care. She gets to play with other dogs and use up all that energy that she has. I can't wait for warm weather. She just loves when Dogtopia pulls out the pool!

EVERYTHING! Everyone who works at Dogtopia treats my dog like he is their own. I love the fact I can drop Sully off to play and he can also get spa services, which saves me time. I like that I can check in on him during the day through the webcams. They always have fun things planned and at the end of the day, Sully is tired from playing all day. And I know that Sully loves going to Doptopia, I have to wait until we are ready to walk out the door before I can tell him he is going to play with his friends.

Floors need better maintenance. Between the salt and the string urine odor on my dog when I picked him up, I think better cleanliness should be maintained. And I am not a fan of the strong room deodorizer in the lobby. The odor hits humans in the face and I can only imagine what it smells like to a dog with a much more sensitive nose than we have.
I love taking my dog here, but she wasn’t fed on her last visit. I forgot to drop her food off, so I ran home and brought it back. When I asked if she ate, they said I never dropped off food.
I understand it was a mishap but I’m upset my dog wasn’t fed and I’m not sure where the food went. I understand I originally forgot the food but this worries me when it comes to leaving her overnight or for a full day.
