We have been bringing our dog here for awhile and we do love it here and it’s nice to see how all the employees care about our dog. She gets so excited when she knows she’s going to Doggie Daycare to see her puppy friends!
Lots of fun extras-treats and photo shoots, and pampering.
She has also stayed for a few days and they always reach out and give us any updates while we are gone.

Charlie my labradoodle had a 12 day stay recently.
As pleased I was with the notification that he ran out of food and was supplied food the last two days I also sent plenty of food as to he should not jave ran out. No big deal then he had an exit bath scheduled and we had to wait two hours because the water line broke or something. Again no bid deal things happen. However upon picking him up he was not well at first we thought ok he’s tired he played his heart out ok. That night he was coughing and sneezing green. He went to the vet and has kennel cough. Again ok I supposed these things can happen from day care but he has never ever ever gotten this before and never have any of our pets gotten this before in 40 years of being a pet owner. Ok things happen. However he clearly do not just get sick he had to have been sick for half of his stay. Also I texted and my husband called with our concerns of him getting kennel cough there and no one has returned a text or phone call. So now I’m upset. My dog is very ill no one called or cared to call to at least even listen to our worry about this. And after spending almost $1,000 which is absolutely ridiculous I believe our last stay was almost half this for almost equal time. We are truly bothered. He loves it there but to go to a trusted place and come home with kennel cough is absurd enough but to then not even be reached out to and offered anything not even am I’m sorry. And my dogs don’t go to dog parks due to fears of getting sick so he got sick there.
I just dont believe in perfection... but this is close so a 9

I like that I can have spa services when Belle in daycare. Belle loves going and staff is friendly.
Having a groomer who cuts hair, have additional mid-day snacks available to purchase while at daycare.

We don't have strong feelings about Dogtopia in either direction - I think it depends on the dog. We were disappointed to discover that she had so much time in her crate. We have no trouble crating her at home when we need to get things done, but we really want her in daycare to get a chance to play with other dogs and come home tired! It's a break for us and for her.
My dog, Delilah, trusts and likes the staff.

The staff at Oro Valley is great, although there has been a lot of turnover recently.
I do not like that the pups start getting put away at 11:50, when they are already going to be locked up for 2 hours. I also don't like that it takes so long to get the pups out of their crates at the 2pm mark, sometimes it can take 15-20 minutes, and the dogs have already been locked up for 2 hours.
Love your kind and caring staff! They know my pup and genuinely care for him. The other dog guests seem friendly and well-behaved (nicely vetted) so it does not seem to be a stress inducing environment, even from the beginning. And I enjoy the transparency with the webcams so that we can check in on our pups as the day progresses.
I have been using Dogtopia of Chester Springs for daycare and boarding since I got my Labrador Retriever six years ago. They have always taken exceptional care of him, and it is obvious that he loves it there. You can tell that the Staff cares about the dogs and they are all great at their job. They not only keep the play fun and safe for all the dogs, they are also always on the lookout for things that are unusual and make the owner aware. I fully trust my dog in their care, and I highly recommend Dogtopia of Chester Springs.
Fast, easy, and good work
It is easy to book daycare, everyone is friendly, and my dog has a great time. I also appreciate that you give lunch and give some quiet crate time at midday.
Very friendly and kind staff offering flexible hours and services! My dog is obviously very happy there. I appreciate that I can drop him off on the spur of the moment without booking ahead (for daycare).
