Friendly staff!
First of all my dog LOVES going to Dogtopia and playing with all of her friends.
However, I buy the daily packages and I had 10 days left but was charged for a full day of daycare and one day was taken from my days remaining. I don’t know how such an oversight occurs considering how all of this was reflected on the same receipt. I spend, what to me is a lot of money, to buy the packages. So to be charged double is not okay.
Otherwise I am happy with the amount of play that she gets, and the attentive staff.
I brought my pet to Dogtopia for more socialization since he really only has me. It’s be fun watching him on the webcam and he is definitely coming out of his shell around the other pups. The staff are great with communication!
Love that the dogs get to play all day!
Nice employees, good follow through, nice housing. Employees seem to really try to get to know your dog and will report any concerns.

Maggie did an amazing job with Ivy’s groom. She looks fabulous! This was our first time at Dogtopia and we will be back. This is the best she’s ever looked.
I love that my dogs are not just dogs, everyone knows & loves them! I know when I drop them off they will always be taken care of.
The staff is amazing. The facility is very clean. We really feel like our pet is loved and cared for and they really want to know our sweet boy.
I like that Dogtopia opens at 7:00a and closes at 7:00p. How convenient.
The one thing I’d like to see is more activities for the dogs. It seems like the dogs just stand around, maybe chase each other. To be honest, they look bored.

Kind, welcoming, caring.
Bogie seemed to have a good time, look forward to him coming next week and getting more familiar with everything/everyone.
The staff is always friendly and excited to see Luciano when we arrive. He always comes home happy and tired, so I sure he’s well cared for during his stay.

The staff are grace under pressure, know their stuff and really love dogs. What more could you ask for?
All staff members where incredible, very nice polite with my dog! I had some questions and they answered them really well.
There needs to be an outdoor area. And smaller groups of dogs. Peeing inside with 30 dogs in the same small room is unsanitary, doesn’t matter what kind of flooring it is.
Friendly staff. Cameras. Indoor spaces and dividing up the small and big dogs.

Staff is very friendly and knows my dog. I always know my dog is gonna have a great time at Dogtopia.
My dog had great time and was so tired out by the time he got home. I loved being able to watch on the web cams too! Everytime I watched the workers were really interacting with all the dogs and it was so fun to watch. Have brought my dog a few times and will defiantly be back.
Everything
I primarily use just the daycare. The staff is welcoming, professional, and above all my dog just loves coming here. As dog owners, we know you can’t make an animal do something it doesn’t want to do. My dog leaps out of the car to run to the door!
