The people! The staff here are all fantastic! Kevin remembers everyone’s name, and everyone is friendly. And my dog is always excited and happy when we get there which is great
This location deserves 10 starts for caring for my twin frenchies! They know how to keep them safe and happy. Daycare is a trigger happy word in our house now!

I was in a panic when I discovered that a large section of the 8 ft tall privacy fence- separating me from the small private community park next door- had completely collapsed into my yard during a storm, and our power was out, so I drove around all night with my foster dog finding wifi and waiting for dog boarding facilities to open. After driving him to the nearest one and finding them closed due to the power outage, I called 2 more that were recommended. Both had lengthy intake processes and one wasn't even willing to talk about their process; it was as if she thought I should already know.
Having had a brief, but positive experience with another foster I took to Dogtopia, I called them and they said I just needed to email the vet records and come on in. After a very long night of worry about losing the dog, having no power, and a flooded bedroom, I was relieved that someone made something easy for me!
And they continued to make it easy throughout. They also communicated well with me on how he was doing while there.
I used to think it was far, but it's right off the hwy and just one stoplight. The shopping center also isn't crammed or too busy.
Service with a smile. They always wish me a good day.

We have been using another groomer for many many years - and last year we lost our 10 year old OREO COOKIE (border collie mix) to a ruptured spleen. Since she passed - it seems like our 5 year old WILLOW PILLOW (border collie / aussie mix) was gradually having a harder time to even get out of the car to get pretty - pretty.
Last week when we were at the vet - (due to excessive chewing - to the point of raw under all that fur) I explained what was happening with our visits to the groomer and he said it's probably too hard for her - and I should find a new place...
So...I did what most people do - searched for a groomer near me on the internet- and an angel from above lead me to DOGTOPIA. Vanessa was the angel - that made magic happen.
In December we adopted a sister from a local shelter for Willow Pillow - a german shepherd mix - HUNNY BUNNY - and these two were itching and scratching to the point of no return - thus the vet visit.
I explained our situation to Vanessa and the next day we had an appointment for both of them at the same time. OMG they came out so happy and BEAUTIFUL.
WILLOW PILLOW had no problem walking in.... sniff... sniff... Over a week later and the itching / scratching is minimal and they still smell good! LOL. THANK YOU DOGTOPIA and VANESSA!!!!! We'll see you soon!!!
I love the flexibility of being able to drop off my dog without notice. Also, my dog Lucky Star gets plenty of exercise when he's there.
Oreo loves coming to Dogtopia Temecula because she has been coming since she was 6 months old. Oreo is 9 years old and still as playful as when she was little. The team at Dogtopia are loving to the dogs and very professional.
The staff are pretty friendly and welcoming. They take good care of Missy and are very accommodating to her needs and wants, and are kind to her!
Cost reduction. I only use on a limited basis because of the price for daycare.
