Dogtopia provides personalized care for my dog whenever I need him boarded. He always has such a great time!
We can take our dog there almost any time, and everyone there seems to know Lucy.
There is good supervision over the play. Other doggie daycares can provide the energy outlet but I don't feel safe leaving my pup with some other facilities. The cameras are also a huge bonus- being able to check in on my pup throughout the day and see the joy he is having The staff are always friendly and kind, there are cute activities/snacks/extras that are fun but also allows our pup to have something extra and fun when we can't be with them.
My dog always comes back super tired, which is fantastic for me and my cats at home.
I was traveling from Charleston to Virginia, when I was surprised with a change in my hotel reservation. They expressed they could not allow dogs! It was some last-minute information, that had changed prior to my trip. Thus, I had to scramble to find a spot to keep my pet for two nights. Dogtopia was the first thing that came up on my Internet search, and I believe there is a reason for them being on top. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, hospitable, courteous, and professional. They kept my pet for two nights and I took advantage of the fair price of them giving my pet a bath. When I picked my dog up she looked so clean and happy. I was extremely pleased. If I am ever in Virginia, and I need a place to keep my pet, this is the place! Thank you so much to all of the employees at Dogtopia in Fredericksburg. Gold star, all the way around.

My dog loves it there. They are kind snd know her by name. I appreciate the video cam to see what she’s up to. Very flexible drop off, pick up and grooming scheduling.
The fact that your groomer isn't accepting any new clients for clipping my dog makes me think twice about coming back. I just moved downtown and had to go to a new vet because you require a bordatella which cost me 96.00 for an exam and 69.00 for the shot. 80.00 {tip} for the wash. My dog doesn't shed so she needs to be clipped. Almost 300.00 this weekend Too much! All that for just a shampoo and nail trim and ear cleaning? W0W!
The staff is so friendly and the facility is very clean!
Not thrilled that no one stays in the building overnight. I thought there was companionship 24/7 there. I honestly believed when you first opened, we were told someone was always there.

Extremely convenient! I’m consistently impressed by the prompt and responsive communication. I especially appreciate the ability to schedule Onyx’s daycare visits with a simple text message. Having a credit card on file also makes billing effortless. Most importantly, I have complete peace of mind knowing that Onyx is safe, well cared for, and receives the attention he deserves while at daycare. That means everything to me!

Chip and his family provide a very healthy and loving environment for Louis, our dog. They are most flexible and accomodating.

Raising price of grooming of a small dog. I’m a senior and so is my dog and is difficult to keep grooming at $74.
My dog seems to love being there for daycare and overnight.

Watching my dog on the webcam allows me to see how the dogs are handled and how clean the rooms are.
I have nothing bad to say about this facility. The people at the front desk are very helpful and personable. And those that come to the front to take the dogs back as well as those that bring them back out are great!
