The staff is very friendly. I like how they offer to give your pet a bath while they are there. I appreciate how quick it is to drop off my puppy and pick her up. I feel comforted in knowing she's having a great time, making new friends and being taken care of.
It seems this location is understaffed or maybe just not properly trained. Everyone is pleasant but it seems a bit disorganized. People picking up their dogs or dropping off at the same time of meet and greet causing delays due to mostly one person doing everything. I asked about the pricing and the girl told me she didn’t know. after a few seconds she said she was new. I’m still not sure what I’m paying for as it appears I was charged full day price. No one asked what plan I wanted or explained the plan. I went by the sheet that was at the front desk stating I will do once per week. The pricing said $40 yet I was charged full day of $48. On the first full day my dogs name was not found in the system but they took him anyway. At pickup it seemed they had my info but I’m not sure where they got the credit card number for me as it did not match my card but this got resolved at that time. I’m giving it more time but if it doesn’t improve I may not keep my dog there. I really hope this improves because I believe it can be a great place to bring your dog.
Staff are awesome! Always polite, professional and welcoming. Most importantly, my dogs truly enjoy being around them and are very excited to see them.

Everyone on the staff is so frieNelly! - even though my dog doesn’t come often, she is always recognized by the staff as soon as we in. I appreciate that the manager gets to know her clients - when I come in to pick my dog up, she knows which one I’m there for before I even have to ask. They have also provided my dog with kibble when needed, the crafts are adorable, and I know my dog is in good hands.

When I come to pick my ladies up, the staff at the desk knows every customer and their dog by name. I’m impressed by how closely they pay attention to each customer! They even knew my dogs’ names after the 3rd visit. My ladies come home tired and that’s all i ask for. Mission accomplished!

My dog always is very stinky at the end of a play day. It’s a distinctive smell, maybe from getting her paws wet with the cleaning solution and other dog things around. I believe I would bring her more often. If I didn’t have to give her a bath after every time she was there.
