Our dog loves to go there to play and the staff is very friendly.

Friendly staff, happy dog!
We were sad to hear Phil and Holley (sp?) were no longer at this Dogtopia. They were very personable and made our daughters feel special every time we came in. I assume the new crew will get there, but it seems much less personable now despite us bringing our dog in 3 times per week for the last year and a half.

There should be some kind of interaction between the dog attendant and the dogs and then some sort of report positive or negative at the end when picking up our dog.

They didn't completely dry my dog because they said she was scared- however I feel like if I am paying I hoped my puppy would come out dry even if they forced it. other than that, the puppy time for socialization was great and she smelled good as well. I liked the camera feature for the puppy time

Above and beyond customer service
My dog loves it here. He always comes back exhausted so I know he’s had a great time! He’s considered a senior dog so I like that he can play with other dogs with the same temperament and energy level. I love seeing the camera so I can check in on him.

My dog is a shihtzu with long hair and a ponytail. I was never told her hair had to be loose whenever she was in daycare. I raised concerns from day one after I picked her up. I told the receptionist multiple times her hair cannot be in her eyes. As she is a brachicephalic dog with protruding eyes. The hair touching her eyes for 8 to 12 hours would irritate her her eyes with possibly causing a lesion. The next couple of times i raised the concern with her eues again, and was assured someone would help keep her eyes clear of the hair. That never happened. I was assured the next day, she could wear her hair clips. The next day she went to day care with hair clips. And I was sent a picture, with her hair loose again and I asked the receptionist where are the clips, she said they were towards the back of her head. I could not see them on the picture. When I picked her up there were no clips on her hair and her eyes were extremely red and irritated. I was lied to multiple times and this caused my dog to have irritation in her eyes for days. I had stated before if her hair was to be like that I wouldn't bring her back. The manager reviewed the chat and confirmed that I was lied to and refunded the money.
Being new to the site, we found the staff to be very friendly. They take the time to answer all of our questions and are very knowledgeable regarding dog behavior.
