At both drop off and pick up the person at the desk (2 different people) was not very knowledgeable about details about feeding and nap times, costs, human interaction our dog would get, and our dogs stay in general. Also, both women did not greet our dog in a friendly way, pet her, try to make her comfortable or seem like dog people at all. They were both extremely nice and friendly to us but not to our dog. Our dog was in a private suite for 7 nights so almost $800 and she came back filthy. She had poop issues there and her back was not cleaned up. We showered her when she got home as she had dried blood that was left on her. After half a day at home our dog was fine. But while there she was lonely, terrified and miserable. We only had minor issues with Dogtopia before but nothing like this. I would not recommend Dogtopia for any dog that needs compassion, pets, and human attention. (Plus we were told we were being refunded for the last day and we never were issued that refund.) Supposedly, there were 75 dogs there when we picked up. There definitely was not enough staff to properly care for that many dogs!

Communication and flexibility.
This is my dogs favorite place to be. Most of the time one of the K9 coaches has to help me walk him to my car so he will come home.
Everyone is polite and respectful to my pup.

Daycare and boarding

Dogtopia has been great. I never thought my dog would be able to attend doggy daycare due to her separation anxiety and some reactive behaviors, but she's done better than I ever thought was possible! She loves going to daycare, and her behaviors have improved immensely. Dogtopia has been an invaluable addition to her routine.

We love Dogtopia. They really care about our dogs and I feel secure knowing the dogs are in a happy, loving environment for daycare and when we board them.
The staff always welcome willow with open arms. The facilities are clean and the staff members are attentive. I think it would be beneficial to have 2 daycare attendants in the room at least for half of the day. Also, it would be nice to see more engagement activities and creative ways to engage with the dogs instead of food days. We really love your services.
The facility and staff are top notch. The attention they pay to your pet and the little extras really do set the bar.

I like that the dogs can play for hours and get tired. The staff is polite and caring. The only thing that I would suggest is to offer additional services. For example, outdoor walks.
Super friendly staff anx management. All my questions regarding care while I would be away were answered. My dog has great time while in daycare I friendly see she gets attention while in play room from staff.

The attendant in the gym that day paid zero attention to the dogs, as I saw on the Nest cameras. He had his back to them constantly, allowing dogs to fight, and not cleaning up excrement.
The staff is ALWAYS so nice and welcoming. And they attend to all of the dogs like they are their own.
